The villa has 3 bedrooms and a private pool (with UV filtration for lower chlorine levels) available with or without child safety fence, it is fully equipped with a modern kitchen. There is Air conditioning / heating throughout. Free Wi-FI, TV with 2.1 surround system ,DVD player, Wii games console and Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc)
To the side of the property there is a privately owned pool with shower room and around the villa are areas of garden & patio including a BBQ area. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, a short walk to local shops, supermarket and bars and a short drive to Moraira town & beach. The villa sleeps up to six people + 1 infant. A cot & high chair are available at no extra charge.
For the safety of children the villa now has fully compliant pool safety fencing which is removable so can be booked with or without it.
Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will not be spoilt for a choice of bars or excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach l'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including childrens play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness.
Moraira also has a very good market weekly with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.
Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the sierra Bernia in the middle of spain's Costa Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicante's Marina district. It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, which all give the town a peculiar flavour of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.
The villa itself , the beds etc were excellent.

We really enjoyed staying at your villa, specially the privacy of the swimming pool and the quietness of the area.
We stayed here in the winter and the covered terrace was always sunny, this is a comfortable and well equipped home from home with good views all around. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, the house and gardens are very private and secure. It was so relaxing to be there in the winter that we are going back in the spring when we will be able to enjoy the pool too.

As always we have thoroughly enjoyed yet another summer holiday at Nikki and Richard's villa. Cannot fault anything. Directions are great, villa extremely clean and modern, and Nikki and Richard as always are so helpful and communicate every last detail.
We have already planned to return to the villa in 2012.

we stayed here for week at easter we found this to be a very pleasant villa to have break we really enjoyed our stay and found the villa had all we needed would recommend this property to anybody the owners were very good to deal with proprety was clean you will need a car or taxi to get about but we find it lets you see the area better
