Cozy apartment, fully renovated in 2011 in a modern style gay (ammeublements and new equipment). Facing south with direct view of the slopes and mountains.

This apartment of 25 m2 has the rare distinction of having a separate room with a window facing south also.

The apartment also has a separate toilet (also rare) and a bathroom with bath and electric towel rail and hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped to nine (plate, microwave, dishwasher, ...) with for 4 people maximum.

The dining area is presented in the form of a bar table with stools for 4 guests.

The living room has a sofa with 2 beds (2 x 80 cm separate or couple) comfortable.

The room is equipped with a new double bed in 140 cm and has closet with ample storage space.

The apartment also has a balcony (3 x 1.5m) to sunbathe while admiring the view over the mountains.

The ski closet is located on the ground floor and is directly opposite the door to access a track past the residence for a start and finish 'skis'

This apartment is located in a charming residence with human size ideally located in the heart of the station in the chic and cozy neighborhood (near the Club Méditerannée, the Oxalys, ...). It is located on part of a track with direct access from the ski wardrobe (exit door in front of the closet) to the track for a start, but also very important for the return (downhill is easier after a day of skiing). Convenient Quiet & Comfortable

Thank you Thierry for all the help as this was our 1st trip to Val Thorens. We should not have been at all concerned. Your beautiful apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The ski locker directly opposite the ski door onto the track maintained by piste groomer was truly unbelievable. Ski down from Cairn Gondola straight to the door in less than a minute. To start straight down the track onto Plein Sud Blue and you are within a choice of routes into the magnificent 3 valleys. The centre of Val Thorens with a large Carrefour and super Delicatessen beside is max 5 minute walk thru Sports Centre & Shopping Mall. We really appreciated the location offering convenience to the towns great restaurants. Can't wait to get our party organised for next year.

Perfect apartment for skiing in Val Thorens

This is the third year running that we have stayed at the same apartment - which highlights how good we think it is! Well equipped, with a separate bedroom, and perfectly located, with skiing from the building. And Thierry is a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!

Bel appartement très bien situé

Superbe séjour ! Nous étions 3 jeunes de 20 à 25 ans et avons réservé cet appartement une semaine durant le mois de Février.

Rien à dire, les photos sont conformes à l'appartement qui est très bien équipé à tous les niveaux. Une très jolie salle de bain, une belle chambre avec un grand lit + un lit 1 place qui se range sous le canapé (très pratique), une très belle vue depuis le balcon.

Appartement recommandé !

La résidence est située au pied des pistes et se trouve à proximité de tous les commerces. On part de la résidence skis aux pieds ! Magnifique !

Merci encore à Thierry, propriétaire de l’appartement, très agréable, sympathique et disponible, se souciant du bien - être de ses locataires.

A refaire au plus vite !

Très bien, super emplacement !

Super semaine dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel et moderne avec chambre séparée et literie confortable.

La vue depuis le balcon ensoleillé est magnifique !

Résidence au pied des pistes directement en sortant du local à skis, parfait pour profiter du domaine skiable grandiose des 3 vallées.

Nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans. L'appartement était idéal pour nous : cosy, fonctionnel et chaleureux.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la photo. La vue est magnifique, on quitte l'appartement skis aux pieds. A 2 minutes à pied de tous les commerces, c'est pratique quand il neige.

Pour le couchage, il y a une chambre séparée avec deux grands placards pour ranger la valise et les vêtements. Dans le salon, le canapé dispose d'un lit 1 personne dessous qui se glisse très facilement (c'est très pratique car il est sorti/rangé en 30 secondes).

La cuisine est suffisamment équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner tous les jours. Le lave-vaisselle est très pratique (prévoir les pastilles) pour éviter la corvée de vaisselle.

Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été agréables et efficaces.

Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement.

Pour info, nous avons mangé dans le restaurant "Au mazot", rue Caron. Nous le recommandons vivement! Le cadre est chaleureux, les plats très bons et les serveurs très souriants. Par contre, il vaut mieux réserver car nous n'avons pas pu y manger une deuxième fois...

Perfect for us

Thierry was pleasant and professional in all his communications. The apartment was well-located in the village. There was no noise apart the slopes being prepared in the mornings which is a good wake-up call to get on the piste! It is well-heated and the fixed boot dryer is a wonderful idea. Every ski apartment should have one. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need including an air vaporiser with aromatherapy oil - great for the dry air at this altitude. It was clean and felt spacious because it was cleverly laid-out. There is a great view from the good sized balcony (see image!). The ski locker was secure and it is true that the apartment is ski-in ski-out. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space. (The only thing that would have been useful would be a set of drawers for small clothing items.) The whole apartment was modern and newly refurbished. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and may do next winter! Thank you for a lovely holiday Thierry!
