Laurence and Gaël propose you two quality apartments of type F2 renewed in April, 2012 (Holiday rental 'LA COMMANDERIE')and April 2013 (Holiday rental 'LE SAINT JEAN'), in a co-ownership with concierge.

In the 2nd floor, with elevator, each can welcome 2 to 4 persons in a warm and nice atmosphere.

Summer and winter alike, you will be in the heart of the historic district of Colmar with its tourist attractions and Christmas markets

YOUR BUDGET IS UNDER CONTROL BECAUSE OUR PRICE ARE ALL INCLUDED. The price of the rent includes the electric central heating, the water and the tourist tax. In the flat you can find everything you need for a good stay. For a bigger comfort, we also supply you sheets, towels and cloths of cooking(kitchen).

A welcome gift waits for you during your arrival.

The apartments totally equipped for nine consists of:

- A living-diningroom with a sofa bed (good quality bedding for possible sleeping around of 2 additional persons with slatted bed), a TV flat screen, a DVD reader,

- An equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, pressure cooker, etc.),

- A bedroom for 2 persons with a kingsize bed of 180x200 (storage cupboard),

- A bathroom equipped with a shower, a bowl, a washing machine, a towel warmer, a hairdryer and one toilets.

Holiday cottage adapted to baby.

The price of the rent includes the electric central heating, the water and the tourist tax.

Linen (Sheets, Towels and cloths of kitchen) supply.

Failed household(housework) proposed : 40€.

Great place to stay in Colmar

Laurence and Gaël were very accommodating of our changed rail schedule. Their apartment was in a quiet location within walking distance of Colmar's sights. It was very spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied. The entry through the flower garden and up an elevator made for an enjoyable arrival.

This was our best experience ever. A beautiful clean well located apartment with all the amenities you needed. The hosts were very helpful and kind and offered us a lift from and to the train station. Highly recommend.

We had the best time of our entire European adventure at Laurence's beautiful well located apartment. Laurence and her husband offered us a lift to and from the train station too. The apartment had all the facilities you needed. It was a home want from home for sure. It was absolutely spotless and well decorated. Will highly recommend.

We recently stayed 3 nights in early October. This apartment is centrally located and is exactly as described on the web sight. On street parking is available outside apartment and the surrounding area. We would recommend staying here.

Great apartment

This apartment was really wonderful for us and it is in a terrific location. It was not quite as charming as the pictures show but I would recommend it. The only thing I think the owners need to keep up on is the amenities. We had to buy toilet paper and soap and since we got in late - 8 pm - and the closet market was closed - we almost had a problem. We bought and left a few items for the next guests. But I can whole heartedly recommend the apartment. Great location. One neighbor was a little loud but as we have learned with renting apartments all over Europe when you live like a local you get all the local flavor - neighbors and all. One quick note. We stayed in the Alsace region too long. We suggest three full days and move on. You'll enjoy the area and apartment.

My husband and I had a very nice stay in this appartment i Colmar in September. The appartment is very nice and clean - here is all you need and in the center of Colmar. You are close to restaurants and shops and you can walk to everything. The owners of this appartment are very kind people who will help you if you need help. We can recommend this appartment to others and we will sure go back again.
