Ocean Place was built in 2004, faces both Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive. Right in front Ocean Beach park and the beach. Very Quiet building; yet, at walking distance from the Miami Beach Marina, best restos and clubs.

If you are looking for a nice spot close enough to the action but not in the middle of it, then this is the location for you. This is not a 5-Star hotel, but it's a simple condo with all the comforts of home with an air of privacy, a sense of security and free parking so you don't have to worry about getting your vehicle towed. You will also be able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while enjoying the view to the ocean.
Stayed for a month with wife, my 2 year old, and new baby. the place felt like home - fully stocked and clean with nice furniture and applicances. the balcony and view of the ocean are great. I took my toddler to the playground every day before going to the beach. Then I worked remotely on the reliable wifi every afternoon. the pool was nice and WARM on the few chilly days. there is a little grocery/market directly next door to quickly grab whatever you need. Also, elevator is large and there are ramps for everything - great for a stroller (or wheelchair). In-unit laundry was awesome for the messy kids. Hoping I can come back every year forever!
I stayed with my family (wife and 2 daughters) in Vik's condo for 5 days. The location is fantastic, a block from the beach and very short walking distance to nice restaurants in South Beach and the Lincoln Road Mall. We liked the location a few blocks from the main strip, but still in the middle of everything.
The condo was a spacious and practical one bedroom, with a nice balcony and fully outfitted kitchen. We had one small issue, but called Vik (the owner) who immediately had someone come to fix the closet door. The beds in both rooms were comfortable. We were able to park our rented car under the building, which was also helpful due to the lack of on-street parking in South Beach.
I would definitely stay here again -we plan to do so. It's a perfect location and adjacent to the nicest part of the beach in South Beach Miami. Thanks Vik!
Great South Beach condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 10-night stay. It's perfectly located in South Beach, close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and clubs. We also liked that it was easy to get to downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, and Fisher Island. Vik was very helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay at Vik's apartment. It was clean, everything we needed was supplied and it was a perfect home base for our weeks stay. Vik was a great host - and went out of his way to make sure we were set. We even left something behind and he went the extra mile to make sure we got it back. I cannot recommend staying here enough!
