Beautiful log home!

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed in the Covered Bridge house for six weeks during June and July of 2016. This is a beautiful place on a very private lot surrounded by the serene forests of the White Mountains area of New Hampshire. We saw abundant wildlife around the property and environs – adult deer, fawns (yes – it was that time of year!), a snowshoe hare, chipmunks and squirrels galore and a list of birds that goes on and on (including ruby-throated hummingbirds – we had put up a feeder for them!).

The home is decorated very nicely and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two full bathrooms and a “powder room”, all also pleasingly appointed. The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and there are many windows providing lots of natural light.

The owners were very easy to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Log home

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! Owners are responsive and very helpful. It was secluded and away from all the congestion of Lincoln on a busy Holiday weekend. It was nice to come back to after a busy day and relax in the peace and quiet of the woods! Great stay, would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful cabin for 4 nights and absolutely loved it!!! Its very clean and spacious and the owners were extremely accommodating! We enjoyed the firepit outside and spending time at the local swimming holes. If we were not outside enjoying the weather my 2 young children enjoyed the toys the owners kept in the cabin. We hope to come back in the near future. Thank you to the owners for making our stay so worth while.

Our family of 6 enjoyed an amazing skiing week

  • 5 of 5

Was my wife's 40th birthday, with our four kids, two teen's and two kids, enjoyed a wonderful week, even though everything was saying we could not ski, we made it every single day of our stay. The whole trip was perfect!

The location is great, just 20 minutes to Waterville Mountain as well as to Cannon Mountain. Apart from everything, but just few minutes away.

The listing description was accurate; the property clean and in great shape, looks like new. In summary, the house is marvelous, convenient, very cozy, and the heating system very comfortable.

But the best part is the kindly persons the owners are, they were just amazing, caring for us in all our long way from Mexico, helping and advising us in everything. Is encouraging to know there are still people as nice as them.

Don’t miss weekend breakfast at Sugar Shack, just 5 to 10 minutes away, and the great food at Mad River Tavern, just 10 to 15 minutes away.

Fully recommended!
