Sleep up to 10 guests at the best Location in Breckenridge! The Village at Breck has it all, ski school and rental located in the building, lift just steps away, no buses needed or streets to cross'convenient 24 hour front desk check-in. Enjoy the fitness center, indoor/outdoor heated pool and several hot tubs available to all guests. Bars, restaurants and shopping are just outside and only short block away is the historic town of Breckenridge, no need for a car in this location! This spacious unit, fully renovated in 2017, (NEW PICTURES COMING!) boasts 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. King sized bed in the master, 2 XL twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, that can be converted to another king bed, & set of bunks, 2 new leather queen sized sleeper sofas w/memory foam mattresses in the living room, to sleep total of 10. The living area contains a wood burning fire place, brand new leather sofas and recliner, a huge flat screen TV with DVD, and seating for 10 in the dining area. Each of the 2 bedrooms contain flat screen T.V.'s and free WIFI is available throughout the community.

Fully equipped kitchen includes tons of cookware, crock pot, glassware and all new appliances.

EASY CHECK-IN anytime at the 24 hour manned front desk with valet parking available for $30/day.

Shampoo, soap, lotion, linens are provided.

Located at the base of Peak 9, beside the Quicksilver lift, this is the ultimate downtown location for convenience. Ski School, ski rental, medical facility, daycare, are located in the building, multiple free ride shuttle routes, restaurants, bars, nightlife, just outside the building and we are less than a block to Main Street.

Resort includes Indoor/Outdoor heated pool, 4 hot tubs, exercise room, sauna, steam room, locker room and ski storage.

Other overnight parking options are the Ice Rink lot a few blocks away, and a satellite lot on Airport Rd, approximately 2 miles out of town, on a bus route. Shuttle from the airport is highly recommended as you really won't need a car while staying in Breckenridge, via Peak One Shuttle service or Colorado Mountain Shuttle.

Unfortunately as per community rules, there is no smoking permitted inside of the condo or anywhere on the premises, nor are renters permitted to bring pets. We are occasionally able to accommodate an early check in or a late check-out for an additional fee of $80.

I have had several comments regarding the lack of supplies in the kitchen for cleaning. Please do not hesitate to call the front desk if you need extra dishwasher pods, sponges, ect.

From Denver: Travel West on I-70. Exit 203 (Frisco/Breckenridge).

Follow the roundabout off the exit to continue onto

Highway 9 into Breckenridge. You will be directed

to take a right onto North Park Avenue upon

arrival in town (**This turn is BEFORE the Breckenridge

Roundabout). Continue about 1 mile through 2 streetlights.

The Village at Breckenridge is located on the right-

hand side of the street. Please pull into the circular

drive and walk through the sliding doors to the main lobby

(above these doors, there is a sign reading "Guest

Registration"). The front desk is located just to your

right and is the central registration desk for all Village

Hotel and Village at Breckenridge guests.

The front desk may be reached at 970-453-2000 24 hours a day.

Awesome location and amenities

Perfect location to walk to lifts and all of Main Street. Very clean well appointed space with all necessities. Pool and hot tub area was very enjoyable.

Nice place

The lobby staff were very nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the property. The condo was clean and stocked with things we needed; towels, bathroom essentials, etc. Would have rated 5 stars but we requested the twin beds to be made into a king bed as we were two couples celebrating our anniversaries. That was not done, we found what we needed and did it ourselves.

Fabulous condo close to everything!

We stayed for 6 days / 5 nights with 2 adults and 2 children, ages 4.75 and 6. The condo was absolutely perfect for our first family ski vacation. There was plenty of room - my girls LOVED the bunk beds - and it is well appointed. Our travel friends, who were staying on the top floor, were envious of our nice digs. We will definitely stay again!

Breckenridge Christmas

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to town and the ski lift was right in your backyard. My only suggestion would be to put a broom, a kitchen sponge, more than one dishwasher pod and some all purpose kitchen cleaner in the unit. It was difficult to clean the kitchen after cooking without any basic supplies. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location

We had a wonderful time staying here. The kitchen is nice and big, the living area so comfy with plenty of seating. And just a very short walk to the slopes!

Great location, comfortable accommodation

Had a great time at this condo, owner very responsive, building is in very convenient location, everything we needed for a comfortable stay, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, didn't use kitchen much as many great restaurants within easy walk, don't miss the happy hour at the briar rose-excellent! Definitely be back.
