Golfers!! Jack Nicklaus Golf Course is an amazing course in Breckenridge. Daily housekeeping is not provided. The condo is in town and next to the slopes. A car is not needed to stay here. Many guests take a shuttle from DIA to the condo.

Great place, great location!

The place was easy to find, clean, cozy and in a great location. A quick couple blocks from Main Street, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The views from the window were lovely. The access to the pool, sauna and hot tubs was a huge treat. We loved this place.

Owner's Response: As owners we always want our guests to have a wonderful trip. We understand that not all guests have the same experience or expectations. The property was completely remodeled less than 2 years ago. The King bed was replaced 2 weeks ago. The key card lock box is going to be onsite early August for more convenient access for our guests.

Great room for a quiet get away!

Room was just like the picture with a great view of breckenridge slopes. The peak 9 building is very close to Main Street so you can easily walk to grab a meal or check out the shops. There is no AC in the room but it was very comfortable using the ceiling fan and opening the windows. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a meal and make coffee. My only complaint would be the shower pressure..not really a big deal though! Would definitely stay here again.

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away

No Pets and No Smoking of any kind. Damage deposit will be forfeited and any additional cleaning costs will be charged directly to the guest. Damage inspection is done after check out, guest will be notified if any damage is reported, damage deposit refunded 7 days after check out.
The condo is in town and next to Peak 9 slopes. Getting around Breckenridge is very easy. Walk around town, hiking/biking and skiing is right out the door or take the free trolley, bus service. Zip Cars, Uber to get around Breckenridge and to other areas in Summit County. Best way to arrive is by shuttle from Denver International Airport. Some popular shuttles are Peak One Express, Summit Express and Colorado Mountain Express. There are many more to choose from, these seem the most popular on the road.
Parking permit is $20/nt from (Nov 10, 2017-April 23 2018), must be booked when the reservation is made. Parking is free (April 23, 2017-Nov 9, 2018). Please note on the reservation if you require parking. Parking is not included in the quote.
