Gorgeous Breathtaking Mountain Views. This Condo is a Corner Unit. It has more light than the Traditional Studios and is Very Quiet. This property comes with a ceiling fan and a new evaporative cooler to keep the condo cool in the summer. These units are very hot without it.

Cute, compact studio condo with a full kitchen. Well maintained, good décor and the full kitchen has everything you could need. Clean with a comfortable bed. Fantastic location! The Peak 9 ski lift is literally outside the doors to the building, ski rentals and shops are also right outside the door on the main level. Building has a year round heated pool and several hot tubs. 1 1/2 block walk to main street with shops, market and restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again!

2nd stay in Jeff’s condo!
Our second stay in Jeff’s condo was just as memorable as the first. The upgrades in the condo and the location of the condo made our trip exceptional! The condo is at the end of a hallway and in the corner so it feels like we are the only people on that floor, nice and quiet (even on spring break which is when we have been both times). The kitchen has everything that we needed to make meals during the week and the bed was so comfortable and allowed us to fall asleep quickly each night. The location of the condo on Peak 9 makes it easy to walk all over town in the afternoons and evenings after skiing. We were so glad we did not rent a car because everything was accessible within walking distance. We were able to walk behind the building and get on the ski lift every morning. The convincence of ski in and ski out was AMAZING!!! We will be back if Jeff will continue to have us!

Beautiful views, perfect location but too small for 4 people and building amenities are dated.
The location of this condo is absolutely perfect as you do not need a car and you are within walking distance to everything. The building also offers shuttle service which was great for places that were too far to walk or if it was too cold. The condo is nice but too small for 4 people - it would be just right for 2. Owner is very responsive and responds to questions and requests immediately which was very nice. The building was very dated and the elevators at times wouldn’t work and the dryer on our floor was broken. This is not the owners fault I think it has to do with the overall building maintenance. The workout, pool and hot tub areas are dated.
Thank you for staying. Apologies for the elevator maintenance and dryer issues during stay. The HOA was repairing the elevator the day of your departure and has scheduled the dryer repair. There are washers and dryers on every floor for guest use. So happy you enjoyed the beautiful location.
Outstanding Mountain Condo
This unit has Gorgeous panoramic mountain views! We loved having a full kitchen. Super easy ski in/ski out. You can even rent and store your ski and snowboard equipment in the same building as this unit. There are 4 outdoor hot tubs, which we took full advantage of every night (open until 10pm). There is also a heated indoor and outdoor pool. We walked to everything-- skiing, meals, shopping, exploring, hiking, you name it. We only used our car to drive to and from the Denver airport. For a small fee we were able to park in the covered, heated garage that is connected to the building that the condo is in. This was our first time in Breckenridge and we loved everything from this condo to the mountains to all the fun that this lively town has to offer. We would definitely visit Breckenridge again and we would absolutely stay here again.
The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.
These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.
Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away

No Pets and No Smoking of any kind. Damage deposit will be forfeited and any additional cleaning costs will be charged directly to the guest. Damage inspection is done after check out, guest will be notified if any damage is reported, damage deposit refunded 7 days after check out. Optional Paid Parking: Parking permit in the heated garage underneath the condo is 2018 May $7/nt, June-Sept $12/nt, Oct $7/nt, 2018-2019 Ski Season Nov-Apr $21/nt. Parking is invoiced separately, it is not included in the quote. Other overnight parking options are available at the Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking website $5-$15/nt.
