Gorgeous Breathtaking Mountain Views. This Condo is a Corner Unit. It has more light than the Traditional Studios and is Very Quiet.
Everything was great. Great view and nice furnishings. Loved the pool, hot tubs, and work out facilities. We will definitely visit again.
Amazing Place! Great location (less than 3 minute walk from front door to ski lifts), great amenities, everything was as described in the listing. Will definitely re-visit this property if I'm back in Breck!
This condo is at a perfect location to Quicksilver & ski rental, only blocks from downtown. The condo itself for a studio has descent room, was clean, couch was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was just ok but pillows could be replaced, wifi was always available. Has a nice view of mountain. Also loved having the pool and hot tubs in this building so we never had to go outside. Had a question for management on the first evening and received a response with in the hour.
Overall experience was great. Very close to skiing lifts as well as bars and restaurants in town. WiFi could have been slightly better, but overall amenities and services were outstanding!
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights during our an anniversary vacation.The location was great being within walking distance to Main Street in Breckenridge. We could walk to breakfast in the morning, travel to nearby trailheads for daily hikes, and easily spend our nights downtown. The room did not have air conditioning so it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature when sleeping, but we kept it cool with the windows open in September.
My wife and I stayed here for an autumn trip to Breck. The condo is small but worked fine for the two of us. It's laid out well and makes good use of the space. Kitchen is nice and worked out well for us to make breakfast each morning.Very close to main street and the brewery which was great. The room did get very hot and there is no A/C, but we opened the windows and it wasn't too bad. The worst part was there was construction right out our window. Very noisy from about 6:30 am til 4 or 5 pm. I probably would have found a different place had I known. Can't really hold this against the review though. Other than that, it is a nice room for a couple.

No Pets and No Smoking of any kind. Damage deposit will be forfeited and any additional cleaning costs will be charged directly to the guest. Damage inspection is done after check out, guest will be notified if any damage is reported, damage deposit refunded 7 days after check out.
Parking permit $18/nt, must be booked when the reservation is made.
