Located on the Bassin d'Arcachon between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
Close to downtown and beach.

To rent villa in calm quarter with enclosed and raised ground with possibility of parking in front of the house; fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher ...), living room, lounge, bathroom, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs), utility room with washing machine. Large covered terrace (with garden furniture).
Located 900 m from the beach, 300 m from the bike path, 15 km from the ocean and 10 minutes from shops, covered market in town every day.

Swimming: Arcachon basin, pyla dune, ocean (supervised beach of the Grand Crohot)
Other activities: Cycling on cycle paths, strolls along the coastal path, Sea trips (Ile au Oiseaux, Banc d'Argain), Windsurfing, tree climbing, casino ....

Beau séjour dans un beau cadre

Belle maison et beau cadre (arbres du jardin, résidence, terrasse pour manger …) , un peu loin de la mer à pied mais tout proche de la piste cyclable. Bel accueil des propriétaires! 1 Chambre en bas, 2 chambres en haut (une grande et une plus petite). Les sanitaires sont en bas (WC séparé) , seul petit défaut car rien à l’étage . Vraiment un beau séjour dans le bassin. Ne pas s’attendre à avoir accès à la mer et baignade , il faut faire avec les marées, point idéal pour rayonner vers arcachon/pilat, cap ferret et lacanau, mais compter à chaque fois une heure de voiture. Le village d’andernos à 5 mns de voiture est sympa avec sa belle jetée et tous commerces sur place. Sinon, boulangerie et excellente poissonnerie à 10 mns à pied du gîte (avec une épicerie également ). Nous avons bien profité de cette belle maison, merci! Seul bémol avec les procédures abritel, pas toujours évidente à comprendre et bug sur notre compte, mais les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien .
