Come and visit us in the unique area of Ramey between the towns of Aguadilla and Isabela where we have the perfect combination of sol y olas (Sun and Waves in Spanish)!

Aguadilla and Isabela are known for consistent waves and winds throughout much of the year. Not a surfer or kite boarder? No worries!! Aguadilla has something for everyone. From all types of water sports to horseback riding,golfing and even ice skating!

Our apartments are spacious and fully equipped, as well as, close to many beaches, restaurants and a supermarket/ATM.

We have two rentals for your selection:

2A (Downstairs) - One bedroom has a queen bed; the other bedroom has one full size bed.

2B (Upstairs) - One bedroom has a queen size bed; the other bedroom has two twin size beds.

Both rentals are two bedrooms and one bath with large fully equipped kitchens. We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach coolers.

You can enjoy a nice meal & drink while relaxing on the balcony or you can grill on our outdoor deck.

For your security we have inside gated parking. So get away from your busy life and come visit us today!

My name is Holly and I proudly manage this amazing Vacation Rental for the wonderful owners Esther & Brad. I've lived in Aguadilla for 10 years and also manage other properties in the area for family, friends and neighbors and love it because I can provide everyone with great accommodations that fit their needs! Once again, an amazing time.

Twice in one year!! And so much fun!! Brad and Esther are the most gracious hosts. Very accommodating and fantastic place to stay. Can't even begin to say how much I've enjoyed Puerto Rico thanks to them! See you in April!! Thank you guys again!!!

It was a good stay

I would recommend this place for adults only. We took our daughter and it was ok. There is one ac in the master and fans in the 2nd bedroom. I will say that the house was extremely clean and a good size. A few cons were that they do not provide beach towels which made things a little difficult because the towles that are provided are white! I found myself having to wash towels quite often because of this. Also it just so happened to be a bad week for the plumbing so there was one day that we didn't have any water so luckily we had family near by that let us use their house to shower. I will say that the owner did apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused us. All in all it was a decent stay and it is close to playa Jobo I was expecting a different experience based on some of the reviews but then again there are two units and some reviews didn't state which unit they were staying in. FYI we were upstairs. Tips for fellow renters: take or buy soap for bathroom to wash hands, you will need paper towles, BEACH TOWLES, toilet paper (if you stay longer than a week and you have 3 or more staying) , and if you intend to wash make sure you have quarters washer and dryer are $1.75 for each!!

Owner's Response: We appreciate the feedback! We provide towels and linens for apartment use, unfortunately, we don't provide beach towels or beach chairs anymore due to constant misuse and misplacement of these items in the past. However, if we are on premises and you need beach towels we gladly provide you some during your stay, per request. With regards to the plumbing regretfully there was a problem with a main pipe that affected the entire area of Ramey, the water company did repair it that same day but it's something we couldn't control. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We pride ourselves on all the amenities that we are able to provide our guests in both our apartments. We do have kitchen towels, sponges, dish soap, two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and a small bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, among other amenities in both apartments. However, we are a vacation rental so all of these items are provided upon check in only. Thank you for staying with us and we'll keep your comments in mind for the future. Awesome Stay at Isola!

I went there November of 2013 with my daughter who had never been to Puerto Rico. Place is awesome and the hosts are great as well. Brad and Esther were very hospitable. May go back this year, hopefully in November!

This was such a great place to stay! So close to many beautiful beaches and they have great suggestions of local places to check out! Such friendly owners and really helpful/responsive to any needs! I would definitely go back to this place!

This was a great rental and was as expected from the ad. Brad and Esther were great hosts and were easily available for contact when ever we had any questions. The property was very clean and secured. It's also very close to the beaches and anything else you would need. I will be booking again in the future.

CANCELLATION:
If you cancel your reservation before 21 days from your date of arrival, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your date of arrival, your payment will not be refunded, do to short notice. Exception: if we can book any of your originally reserved dates, we will refund your payment for those dates.

STORMS:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" for the area of our residence
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
