This gorgeous central Scottsdale home sits on an enormous lot in close proximity to plenty of golf courses, restaurants, major highways, and WestWorld. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this house is great for accommodating large groups. Upon entry through the double front doors, you will find yourself in the front room complete with a regulation size pool table, a high-top table with zebra-patterned chairs, and an antique-style dining set that comfortably seats six. The kitchen has been refurbished with travertine floors, granite countertops, rich wood cabinets, electric glass stovetops, and natural skylights. The living room comes with a flatscreen TV, wood fireplace, and comfortable leather couches.
Three bedrooms are configured with queen size beds, while the fourth is fitted with a king mattress. Each bedroom comes with its own TV as well. The master suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, matching nightstands, private access to the backyard, and a separate sitting area. In the master bathroom you\'ll find a tiled dual walk-in rain-style shower, a walk-in closet, his/hers sinks, and a separate jetted bathtub. The humongous backyard is certainly worth mentioning. The majestically tall pine trees and palm trees provide ample shade to the expansive lawn, and the built-in gas grill equipped with a long bar and fridge will provide hours of entertainment. The backyard also features a firepit, sport court with a basketball hoop, tether ball, attached pool and spa, and plenty of lighting.
Bed Configuration: Master-King, 2nd bdrm- King, 3rd bdrm- Queen, 4th bdrm- Queen, 5th bdrm- Queen
This was a perfect house for us--two families with seven kids in total ranging from ages 13-2. The location is very convenient and we loved the pool, big yard, and quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the professionalism of the management company and experienced turn-key service. A little more focus on maintenance would have been appreciated, however--a window blind fell off, a tub drain was broken, handles came off desks. And I can't imagine finding kitchen utensils of lower quality. These were minor annoyances--overall we had a great vacation and would definitely rent this house again.
It was Relaxing. Me and my husband had a wonderful time. We loved the pool. We enjoyed the toys by the pool. We enjoyed the pool table too, me and husband loved to play in with it. It our mini week vacation for us.
The house was clean. We travel a lot and use a lot of beds. We always can’t wait to get back to our bed at home but the bed we slept in at the Casa de Encanto house was comfortable.
We were very pleased. This house was pretty much the same as what we saw in the pictures.
First of all I want to say the Renters Help Desk did a great job.
We had a great time. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and the pool is great. We spent every single day in the pool. The highlight of the house was the yard. We spent all day back there. We used the basketball court as well, it had enough shade to play in. It’s really really beautiful. It was a nice escape. This home had everything we needed it. It was clean and spacious.
We recently spent four nights at this lovely home in Scottsdale and I can't say enough great things about it. The house is beautifully maintained and well appointed. The backyard is amazing - we swam, barbecued, and enjoyed the very spacious backyard. This home is awesome for small children. There is so much space and grassy area for many activities. I will consider this home again in the future.
Great hangout home. Thank you for the accommodations. Our group of 8 were very happy with the home.
Two families with young kids and a teenage stayed here for spring break in March 2014. The home is in a great location to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping but is secluded enough to feel like you aren't in high traffic area. The pool and the yard were great. I've never stayed at a home in the Scottsdale area with a yard this large. There is a mountain view from the pool area which is nice too. The furnishings in the living room weren't quite my taste, but it really didn't matter because the weather was so beautiful we were out by the pool all the time. I wouldn't quite call it a double master home. There is a second bedroom with king bed and an attached bath but it is a lot smaller than the master. We had a great time and I would stay here again.
We stayed at Casa De Encanto for one week in late March. There were a total of seven adults age 20 to 51. In general, the property was nice, but not spectacular, particularly given the rental fee for March which is the highest of the year. The pool area is the highlight with nice deck space, a well kept tile pool with connected hot tub. The adjacent yard is a nice feature, as are the grill area and fire pit. There was ample seating and an outdoor refrigerator. A minor issue with the pool was quickly addressed by the pool company. The weather was excellent and so we spent a large portion of time around the pool. The basketball hoop was broken (would not raise or lower) and bent, which was unfortunate. Given the time of year (March madness) we had hoped to play basketball, but this was not possible. The tether on the tether ball is too short for use. These outdoor amenities are merely for show in the pictures, neither was functional during our stay. It would seem to make more sense to replace the tether ball with a volleyball net as there is a nicely groomed sand area. The landscape is well maintained and pretty. The house is an obvious rental property. I am confident in stating that no one lives in this residence. The house was clean, but many of the furnishings were either worn or broken. The blinds were non functional in the kitchen, the mattresses, pillows and towels were worn and of sub optimal quality. The kitchen is large, but the appliances have signs of heavy use. The utensils and cook ware are of marginal quality. The ice maker was broken and we bought bags of ice for use. The toaster was broken, but was replaced by the rental company when we called. The doors on the bedrooms and bathrooms are very thin and not what one would have in a typical residence. Two master bedrooms are a nice feature and the residence slept seven of us without feeling crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walks and bike rides. The residence is nicely located near amenities such as: Grocery stores, restaurants, major highways and medical facilities. When clients pay top dollar for a rental, one would expect the advertised amenities to be of good quality and functioning. I would recommend this residence on "off peak" periods, where the rental fee would be more in line with the quality of the property. We enjoyed the residence, but a "house of enchantment" is a stretch.
