Rent direct from a Florida-based owner (no silly amenity fees, transaction fees or mandatory 'insurance' policies). Our unit is an oversized end unit (the largest at Cinnamon Beach) and bright (with plenty of light from the EAST, ocean side windows, unlike the interior units) and has three bathrooms! We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Recent upgrades include large flat screen TV, wraparound (L-shaped) leather couch (new, Fall 2015) in the living room as well as bunk beds in 'kids' bedroom. Bedroom carpet was replaced in the Fall of 2015. A Keureg (K40) was added to the fully stocked kitchen (Fall 2015).

Of course we have free wireless internet and just added a TIVO-type DVR that records your favorite shows.

We offer bedrooms featuring a King Bed (Master), Queen Bed (Second) and four twin beds, including two in "bunk-formation" (Third). In a pinch extra visitors can sleep on the couch (but it is not recommended and extra charges apply).

If #325 is booked, please consider #234 (luxuriously appointed with similar views in adjacent building;non-corner unit) for $200/week less (peak season pricing) (VRBO 775497 ).

Parking is available under the building as well as in front of the building. Unfortunately, RV's and trailers (including for boats and jet skis) are not allowed per association rules (Hammock Hardware allows for toy/vehicle storage).

Fabulous views await you and your guests. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony or east facing windows. Relax and contemplate life while watching the golfers (or just meditate on the lush green of the golf course) on holes seven and eight.

If you desire true luxury, steps from the beach, our condominium is the right choice for you. Hear the ocean's roar from the large balcony. Take advantage of owner-direct pricing for your vacation-of-a-lifetime while you can. This is a new, three-bedroom, three full bath, 'A' model condominium with 2300 square feet of useable space (others have less space and do not benefit from additional ocean views from the numerous windows on the side of our unit). Our condominium overlooks the eighth hole of the renowned, oceanfront, Jack Nicholas golf course with direct ocean views in the distance.

The Cinnamon Beach complex is located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most prestigious oceanfront community, located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine, and only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are minutes away.

On the premises you will find the beach steps away, two heated pools (one is ocean side for adults, the other offers a waterslide, recreation room, work-out equipment, clubhouse, play area, snack bar, and children's game room) and other amenities. Our condominium is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one queen, and two twin beds to sleep up to eight in comfort.

The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top quality appliances. Free garage parking and direct beach access steps away. No matter how high your standards, we guarantee you will be delighted! NOTE: Do not confuse this Cinnamon Beach condominium with smaller, three-bedroom condominiums or lake-view condominiums in the same complex. Cinnamon Beach offers A, B, and C models. This, the A model, offers almost 30% more space and more luxury than either other model.

Vacation Rental Amenities:

Our guests at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.

The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.

Below disappointing

We have been visiting the St. Augustine area for 20+ years and have rented multiple houses/condos. I feel that we have a reasonable expectation of rental properties ...knowing they aren't normally going to be as clean, well stocked, etc. as home. There were several issues with this property, however, which I feel the need to point out.

* The overall cleanliness was well below the standards I would have expected. The walls, doors, floors, carpets, and furniture were oily and black from suntan oil/dirt. The bathtubs..all three..had bunches of hair left from prior rental. Nasty toilet brushes placed beside all toilets. Multiple plungers under vanities instead of extra towels.

* The two televisions we used would "time-out" after a couple of hours and need to be reconnected to the cable through a complicated and time consuming process. Not sure why.

* The thermostat was set to default back to 78 degrees every two-three hours! Needless to say, we would wake up during the night BURNING UP and have to reset the temp back down to a comfortable temp. multiple times during the night. During the day it was also something we would have to remember to do. Get engrossed in a book and realize you're sweating to death. Never had this happen in a rental before.

* No notes or instructions were left for the WIFI info or local restaurants or attractions. No information on the facilities and amenities within Cinnamon Beach. I had to contact the owner the first night I was there to get the WIFI code.

* One of the ceiling fans on the deck had all blades broken off at the fixture and made such a huge noise we couldn't turn on the other fan to stir any air in order to sit outside.

* The extra bedrooms had no window coverings to block the bright light coming in and it was very difficult to sleep. The blinds just don't block the bright light from the outside lights.

* The owner's response was flippant and rude when I told him of the property being dirty and not up to minimal standards.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, after more than ten years of sharing our condo, we had the "guest" from h*ll. A reader will see the vast majority of our reviews are five star reviews . This "guest" was trying to blackmail us for money off her rental. A one-star rating kills me, but I will not give in to blackmail. Our housekeeper usually receives raves; upon her absurd complaint she attempted to come over two separate times to address any issues (as she takes extreme pride in her work) and was denied entry. The renter cranked the a/c down to 68 (or lower) and kept the patio door wide open; this extreme and discourteous behavior can cause the unit to pause to cool down on hot days and is specifically prohibited in the rental agreement. All of the TV's work great; again never a complaint (though rarely the cable inputs need to be reset). We try very hard to be good hosts and regret that one bad guest (in over ten years) has damaged our reputation. I will also add that the post-stay assessment by our QA was that the condo was not treated "respectfully". Despite a number of issues, we refunded the security deposit in full. Please note that prior to this review, we reviewed the guest as "not-recommended". We welcome you to ask any questions you may have and to join the literally hundreds of satisfied guests (and new friends) who have stayed at our condo. Well appointed, easy access to beach

Very spacious and nicely appointed 2nd floor unit with huge balcony/porch. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very short walk to the beach and 2 heated pools. Great experience!

Very Nice

Just steps from the beach. Very spacious. Nice neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to any need that arose. Refunded deposit in a timely manner. Twin beds in back bedroom need replaced. The springs were coming through which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was great. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Wonderful place to stay with kids!!

This place was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing beach vacation with a toddler. It's very spacious and so close to the beach and pools. The lake side pool is very family friendly. The little splash park was closed the week we were there, so that was a bummer, but not a huge deal. I loved cooking in the kitchen, and the close proximity to a grocery store was great. I have only good things to say about this property; our family had a fantastic vacation here!!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

I organized a small college reunion with some friends and chose Palm Coast to get away from the cold of New York. This unit was a great choice, as provided a nice combination of inside space, amenities, and a comfortable patio deck. It is an incredibly quiet unit on the second floor and easy access to the pool/fitness/recreation area at Cinnamon Beach. The owner seems to have upgraded furniture recently with new leather couches, reclining chair in the living room and large flat screen televisions with full cable as well. Next time, I will take my family to visit.
