DESCRIPTION: Andorra 1 is a recently renovated fully self-contained 3 bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. It features large bedrooms and a lock up garage. The apartment has a wrap around balcony with a gas BBQ that overlooks Lake Jindabyne.
LOCATION: Andorra 1 is located in the middle of Jindabyne. The address is 18 Ingebyra Street, Jindabyne. From Andorra it is only a 450m walk to the town centre shops or 600m to the Nuggets Crossing shops which include a Woolworths supermarket, bakery, newsagent, indoor pool and cinema.
FACILITIES: The fully equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and all crockery and utensils. The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD. There is one bathroom as well as a private lock up ski storage area. An external washing machine and dryer are located at the rear of the property for shared use.
PARKING: There is a garage, one off street parking place as well as ample street space for extra vehicles.
BEDS: Sleeps max 10 people including kids. Bedroom#1 = Queen bed, Bedroom#2 = Double with Single above, plus second Single bed, Bedroom#3 = 2 sets of bunks.
Note: linen & towels are always provided.
SECURITY BOND: Before check in we require a $500 security bond - this is usually a credit card pre-authorisation (not a charge). Its possible to do this via HomeAway(Stayz) but they will charge your card and then later refund it which is not the right way to do it.

SNOW-SEASON ACCOMMODATION DATES: The full 2018 snow season runs from 8th June – 1st October the first night being Fri 8th June
ACCOMMODATION DAYS OF THE WEEK: the best value days of the week to make a booking are always for 5-nights arriving on any Sunday. Weekends (Fri+Sat nights) are pricey by comparison.
