Unique property one house off the beach & sits on Oyster Lake, beach access is six houses down, a 2 minute walk. Gorgeous beach house located on the picturesque Scenic 30-A with lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico. New pool & Jacuzzi (both can be heated) with travertine deck and water features.

This Santa Rosa Beach home is perfect for a large family or several small families as it sleeps up to 12. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large living room, and a dining area. There are 4 bedrooms, every bedroom has a flatscreen TV. The house is equipped with wireless internet.

Your family will enjoy easy access to the beach and evening barbecues from the side deck which overlooks the gulf and one of the area’s natural coastal lakes, Oyster Lake, where you can enjoy great fishing. The beach house is right across the street from the beach and has easy access to the 30A bike trail, so park the car and enjoy leisurely bike rides or strolls to the area’s boutiques and cafes.

The house is within walking distance to the Santa Rosa Golf Course and Beach Club, it is also close to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

great location

My husband and I spent the month of February 2017 at Brian's property. The location is great. Right across the street from the beach (very short walk to public access), on Oyster Lake and right in-between Gulf Place and the yummy Donut Hole. We had coffee on the side deck overlooking Oyster Lake watching birds in the morning and cocktails on the front deck overlooking the gulf and sunset in the evening.

The saltwater pool is lovely and the attached spa, with on demand heating and bubbles, is very relaxing. The house is a little dated but the open layout, updated kitchen with granite counters/stainless appliances and master bedroom separate from the three guest bedrooms makes the house very comfortable and livable. Our grandchildren visited one weekend and there was a hodgepodge of pool and sand toys in the garage left by former renters to amuse them.

We had a few small issues settling in but they were resolved immediately by Brian. We love to grill and the older inconsistent

gas grill was replaced with a new Weber gas grill within a few days.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property! Brian was always available and easy to work with.

Highly recommend

Our family stayed here for 21 days and it was excellent. The homes location, and amenities are just a couple reasons why we would gladly rent from Brian and Meagan again. The home is located within a couple minute walk of the beach access so we didn't have to load a vehicle every time we wanted to hit the beach, very convenient. And when we weren't at the beach the pool at the house is where you could find us. The pool was awesome, everything from the layout of the pool, cleanliness and having a fence around it so our little kids couldn't go in with out us made it perfect for our family. This was our first time vacationing in the south Fort Walton beach area and already can't wait to go back. Just a short drive was shopping at a huge outlet mall, and any food you could want. We didn't have a poor experience anywhere. From The Red Bar to AJ's in Destin all along the coast people were friendly and accommodating. In conclusion I would highly recommend planning your next vacation to Santa Rosa Beach and would suggest renting this house from Forehand Rentals if you do. P.S. if you're a beer aficionado or just a newbie to the craft beer world check out The Growler Garage just a mile away.

AWESOME BEACH HOUSE!!!!!!

This house was perfect for our vacation. The pool and spa is amazing! This place is a lot more roomy than it appears in the pictures. Only being 1 block to beach access was great as well. We spent hours in the hot tub! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful beach house!!!!

Exactly the vacation home we needed.

The home was open and allowed all of the adults gathered to share time inside and out. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular and beach access was available at several points for fishing and relaxation. The heated hot tub and pool are great for interactions any time of day. Of all the similar pet friendly homes we've stayed in, this one ranks very high on our list. As the owner of the home, Brian Forehand, was very communicative and open to changes. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa

It was our first time in the area. Brian was helpful over the phone in talking us through in some of the workings of the hot tub and educating about the area. The location of the house was great. For not being right on the beach it was a short walk. The view of the ocean from the balcony and the pool were a big sale to us. If I have to knock on anything I'd have to say it could be a little more tidy on minor maintenance issues but by no means anything that would keep me from coming back which I plan on doing.

Amazing Pool and Hottub

We really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was extremely well appointed, it was like cooking at home. The pool was wonderful and we spent hours in the hot tub. The dual views from the front and side decks were wonderful. It was nice to take a shower overlooking the gulf from the master bath. The bed was comfortable, we returned from our long weekend refreshed. We would definately stay again. There are several beach accesses and the on foot one is just a 2 minute walk. It was also fun to watch the fish, birds and crabs (and occasional kayak) going under the driveway.
