Details for House & Apartment Annexe 5 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10, 4 Bathrooms

You can choose to rent just the house (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) or you can also incorporate the annexe (total 5 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 10) which is formed as a basement apartment below the house and connected to the ground floor large L shaped terrace via stairs. Both the house and the apartment annexe have their own kitchen, diner and living areas making this ideal for two families to have their own privacy when required but also to be able to join each other on the terrace for meals or when using the pool area. Please note that we do NOT let the apartment annexe separately.

Downstairs in the apartment annexe there is a further open plan living/dining area with its own fully equipped kitchen. The annexe also has two bedrooms – one double and one twin – and its own bathroom featuring bath, shower and WC. The annexe also has a further small outside patio/terrace area.

Why Tony Beckwith chose West Costa del Sol

We bought this property because it is in such a wonderful area. Close to the Golden Mile, the beach is a short walk away and the famous Marbella Club Hotel is just down the road. This really is a very fine area and situated halfway between Marbella and Puerto Banus.

What makes this house unique

The most unique thing about our property is that it is a house and apartment all in one building. Ideal for two families as each family has their own private lounge and kitchen but can share the large terraces which are ideal for lunch/drinks whilst taking in the sea and mountain views.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We used the house and annexe for my hen weekend and found it spacious and well equipped. The pool is literally right outside the front door we enjoyed a few afternoons here.

Porto Baneous is about a 45 minute walk into the main harbour area with lots of nice places to have a pit stop along the way.

Lovely place, would stay here again. Also very good value for money.

Lovely villa but needs some money spending on it

We rented the house and annexe for 10 days in August and overall it's good value for money .

The complex is lovely and very peaceful and relaxing , the location is good however it's not really walking distance into Puerto banus or Marbella old town if you have children with you . It's easy to get to by bus but the is a ten min walk to the bus stop , which is quite a steep hill when returning so would recommend a car . The supermarket is also quite a distance .

The villa is very spacious and renting both was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children . However , if a small amount of money was spent things such as nice bedding and towels it would make a massive difference to your stay . The aircon is good in some rooms but not brilliant in others , and drips water all over the place . The electrics also need updating as the sockets look unsafe to me , especially with children staying as some are hanging off the walls . The outside lighting needs looking at as the terrace only has a small light so once dark is not really light enough to sit out and eat or play games etc . There is also no lighting on the steps down to the annexe which is dangerous .

The space in the annexe is fantastic , however the whole annexe is ruined by the damp smell and makes it not pleasant to spend much time in .

We had a few issues upon arrival which were sorted out immediately by the management agency who were great and very friendly and efficient .

Also a few problems with the return of the keys so the return of the deposit was abit stressful but did get sorted out .

We had a fab holiday but recommend the owners invest a little money if they want repeat visitors .

Spacious Villa - great for a large group

I went with 7 girls to Arco Iris. We had a great time. The villa was really spacious and had everything we needed. Tony was great beforehand giving us all the information we needed. The air con was powerful which was a plus in the mid summer heat.

The pool was right outside and had lots of sun beds- and we went at peak season.

One thing I would mention is you can't call for taxis. You need to walk down to the taxi rank at Puente Romana hotel. (5 min walk - 10 in heels) Also the gluten free bakery there is delicious!

Usually if you call them they will pick you up right outside the front gates of Arco Iris and usually arrive within 5-10 minutes of calling. Great holiday enabled by a great house and amenities!

We stayed in this house for 10 nights and took the house and apartment. My friends family of 6 took the house while we took the apartment. It couldn't of worked better as both families had their own space but we could share time together as and when either on the terrace or by the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious with plenty of room for storage. The apartment was just great! Again everything we needed in the kitchen and had it's own breakfast bar and lounge. It was a real bonus and felt very safe as tucked under the house. Great if you have kids as no windows or balconies to worry about near bedrooms.

The accommodation itself is equipped brilliantly there was nothing that we needed kitchen-wise. I think we intended on eating out more but it was easy to prepare and cook like being home from home.

The added extras of wifi, Xbox, playstation and apple TV was a winner for all from 7 to teens and adults. This is an added extra I was not expecting and really made the holiday when in the house.

Finally the position of the house is just perfect; quiet and right next to the pool (which was like pur own private one!) and pretty, half way between marbella and puerto banus and 10 mins from the beach. We had a car but the other family didn't but they still felt the location was great and they walked everywhere or got the 5 min bus to PB or M which was just over 1 euro.

This was our first non-package holiday and we certainly have not been put off. Thank you Tony for letting us this fantastic house. We'd go back 100 miles an hour (my husband said he'd happily live there!).

Great house, perfect location, and great landlord

The property is excellent, the pool and garden great, and friendly local neighbours too. And Tony the landlord was not only very helpful throughout but also very kind in giving the full deposit back despite a few broken glasses! We loved it! Thank you so much, would definitely rent again.
