About Zoe Waters
A family of 5, tree changers from Sydney (originally Yorkshire and London), loving the life in Robertson and the Southern Highlands.
Zoe Waters purchased this Cottage in 2015
Why Zoe Waters chose Robertson
This was a beautiful piece of land neglected over many, many years. We're chipping away at it bit by bit, to bring it back to something wonderful. The shed conversion was one of the first things we have completed and of which we are incredible proud.
What makes this Cottage unique
You will drive down a tree lined driveway, which really gives the sense of 'arrival'. And the signs will lead you to Watershed, your private, home away from home for however long you're lucky enough to be staying.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
loved our time at the Wateshed
The property is amazing. Very relaxing and in a great location.
Couldn't ask for anything more
Relaxing atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble for our host.
A pet friendly, short get away from Sydney.
The watershed is a stand alone building on the same property of the owners but situated far enough, blocked by trees for your own privacy. There was a lot of thought put into the property which made our stay perfect for the 2 of us and our dogs. When we stayed, they had just finished an enclosed fence which we appreciated as our pets were with us and we could let them go roaming off at night without a worry. Thank you for having us!
Perfect, just what we had hoped!
Really well equipped, they have thought of everything!
Beautiful property, lovely hosts and gorgeous dogs!
We absolutely loved our stay at Watershed. Our hosts provided everything we would need for a relaxing weekend. The location was ideal with lots of fun things to do nearby. We will definitely be back soon!
This getaway was precisely what our family needed.
Truly wonderful accomodation with the perfect hosts, Zoe and John have taken every consideration to ensure your comfort whilst staying at the Watershed. A child friendly environment with plenty to keep them entertained including sheep, llamas, chickens and 2 extremely charismatic dogs. Highly recommended, looking forward to a repeat visit in the foreseeable future.
Robertson is perched at the top of the Macquarie Pass and Jamberoo Pass and surrounded by rolling green hills and rainforest.
Very close to Jamberoo Action Park, Illawarra Fly, Kiama beach, Shell Harbour - all this on top of what the Southern Highlands itself has to offer. Golf, wineries, antiques, restaurants, waterfalls, village walks, village pubs.
