Clearview Waters is a prestige 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with water views.
What makes this Villa unique
In 2011 we commenced building our dream home within the new Dockside Mildura Marina precinct and 18 months later moved in in October 2012. To be able to wake up in the morning and look out over the water and have breakfast out on the balcony are special moments we treasure and we now offer guests the opportunity to experience the same pleasures.

We rented the house for a girls weekend away. We loved the house and the location was excellent for walks and water views.

Great property in a lovely location
Stayed 2 nights with family from overseas. We were all impressed with the property and its unique location
Amazing House! Spotlessly clean! Great views! Close to everything!
Thanks for having us Chris! We loved staying at Clearview Waters! We cannot fault anything! The welcome pack with breakfast supplies was a lovely gesture. Great technology with Netflix, massage chair, coffee machine, foxtel, WiFi.
We would give more stars if we could!!
Luxurious, relaxing, beautiful clean home, hosts wonderful.
We stayed for a week, Great place!
Our hosts had loaded the fridge with breakfast for the 1st morning, so much breakfast that it lasted the next 3 mornings.
Very nice bottles of local wine (that we drank).
Our accommodation was so relaxing that two days we stayed at "home" instead of going to shows (shows were the reason we had gone to Mildura)
It’s a pleasure to provide accommodation at our home for such great guests. Thank you. Chris
Very peaceful few days in a well appointed home!
Our family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed in this property for a couple of nights and we all agreed we should have stayed longer. The house is well appointed with everything you are likely to need while away from home. The location is very tranquil, easy walk to the river even for the kids. Chris’ attention to detail, welcoming brekkie and vino and the easy to follow ‘how to’ info made our stay very enjoyable.
Your comments are appreciated, Jenny. Thank you very much and we are glad that we provided you with accommodation that was above your expectations and you enjoyed your stay.
We recommend a morning walk – Step down onto Marina Walk, then left around the Marina that connects to the walking track beside the Murray River. Head downstream to see the near new landscaped Riverfront development, the Waterplay Park (great for kids in the summer) and 3 great coffee/breaky spots along the way including Bobby & Me, Cafe 1909 and Cafe de Caravan. Alternatively for breaky (after 8 am) or lunch walk down to Dockside Cafe at the eastern end of the Marina (400 metres). Best coffee in town is at Tribute 94 at 94 Langtree Ave.
If you are foodies – (we love dining out) we recommend the following:
Pizza Cafe in Langtree Ave – for great gourmet pizzas and casual atmosphere at a cheap price
The Province in Langtree Ave – for fine dining with an Italian theme.
Thai-riffic in Langtree Ave – for sensational Thai dining (need to book & it’s dinner only - closed on Sundays)
Stefanos is a famous basement restaurant at 20 Langtree Ave (but expensive) and it’s sidekick at Stefanos Cafe at 27 Deakin Avenue is great for breaky, coffee and lunch.
Seoul Chicken & Beer is a new Korean restaurant in 8th Street near Deakin Ave. Recommend the crispy seafood pancake (it’s an entree but is main course size) and their crispy chicken dishes.
Andys Kitchen in Lime Avenue is also well regarded for Asian food.
For Pub Grub we recommend:
RSL Club at corner of Tenth St and Madden Avenue
Workers Club in Deakin Avenue, between Ninth & Tenth Streets
Gateway Tavern at corner of 15th Street and San Mateo Ave.
For a great afternoon when the weather is perfect then there is no better place to dine and relax than Trentham Estate Winery on the River at Trentham Cliffs. 15 minutes by car or 22 minutes by speedboat/cabin cruiser. They don’t open for dinner and you need to book for inside seats in the restaurant for lunch. Recommended vino is their Heathcote Shiraz and their Sauv Blanc.
