About the property

This bright, fresh and sunny apartment is situated on Hervey Bays beautiful Esplanade. Newly renovated, it offers the perfect escape to unwind, away from the main business area but only 5 minutes stroll to cafes and shops as well as The Urangan Pier. You have a water view from every the shower! Kick off your shoes and watch the sunrise and sunset from your private verandah over looking the turquoise waters of Hervey Bay. This is a perfect stop over if you are lucky enough to be visiting Fraser or lady Elliot Island. You can see beautiful Fraser Island from your verandah.

This is One of Two Apartments we have available. They are fully self contained on the first floor. Private access via your stairs at the side of the building and a private verandah wrapping your apartment. There is free WI FI available and off street parking for your vehicle. You have your own washing machine situated in the bathroom. We ask that you use the clothes line in the back garden and not hang anything over the verandah. The comfortable queen size bed and additional king single beds means that adults as well as children will have a great nights sleep. (Not suitable for children under 2. However, a child safety gate can be supplied if requested to keep little ones safe from the entrance staircase).

Urangan is the quieter end of Hervey Bay and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of this special part of the world. Urangan shopping centre is a 2 minute drive away which has everything you may require including a post office, chemist, newsagent, bottle shop, baker, butchers and woolworths. You also have cafes, bakers, pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The 17 kilometre shared walkway and cycle way along the esplanade is perfect if you want to hire bikes which is close at hand too.

The miles of sandy beach stretches in either direction and the waters are safe for all the family to enjoy.

We really like and respect our lovely neighbours and ask you to do the same. Our floor boards are original and are quite 'talkative'. If you could refrain from 'wearing clogs' and 'tap dancing' we would really appreciate your co operation and so would your neighbour. This is a small quiet block, We ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10 pm and before 8 am.

Great location and modern

We had such a nice stay for a couple of nights. The property exceeded our expectations. So close to the beach and pier. Furniture was nice, styled beautifully. Decent sized rooms and bathroom. Plenty of room for the car and boat. Thanks for the personal touches. Highly recommended.
