About the property

Welcome to our beautifully renovated home in a quiet suburb of Hobart that is only 4km away from the CBD.

Our home has been renovated with a fresh, light modern feel and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

All our appliances, furniture, beds, linen, laundry, kitchen and bathroom are brand new.

It is beautifully appointed with everything you will need. Even has a courtyard area for outdoor dining for those summer evenings.

Our home is very spacious and comfortable with all amenities.

The lounge has electric heating with a Smart TV and sound system.

Master bedroom with a king bed (can be turned into 2 king single beds), built in robe and crisp linen.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, crisp linen and built in robe.

The Sunroom has a comfortable brand new sofa bed that sleeps 2.

All beds have hotel quality pressed linen and towels are provided. Various pillows available.

Hairdryer, straightening iron, hand and shower soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided.

A fully equipped kitchen and a Nespresso coffee machine with fresh milk and platter on arrival and local Tasmanian produce all to be used at your convenience.

We are family friendly and welcome young children and infants. Available upon request are a portable cot and high chair. If you require these items, please request these items.

A full house manual is available which has recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby.

Keyless front door entry - security code provided prior to arrival, so no need to worry about keys.

The paved outdoor area has a BBQ and clothesline for your use. Visit the ever popular Hill Street for scrumptious Tasmanian produce for those long summer evenings.

Brand new modern family friendly property

This is a premium property that has absolutely everything you need for maximum comfort. Susan is a lovely and generous host. Thank you for the lovely treats in the fridge and fresh flowers. We loved having candles and good quaility tea in the house. The house is in a convenient location with its own onsite gated parking. It is across the road from a school but we didn't mind as we had the blinds closed during our stay. Dishwashing and laundry facilities perfect for staying with a family.

Property had everything we needed and more! Great location, quiet neighbourhood, freshly renovated in a relaxed contemporary style. This house is laid back, super fresh & clean, warm, cosy and low maintenance. The facilities are excellent and the hosts are super thoughtful. We felt exceptionally welcomed and comfortable throughout our week long stay!
