About Tony and Dzung Kenny
I am a retired petroleum exploration consultant and grew up in Tara in the Western Darling Downs. I spent much of my adult life overseas but for the 6 years before retirement worked in Australia for Santos. My wife, who is Vietnamese, is still working in administration at Oakey Abbatoir.
Tony and Dzung Kenny purchased this Apartment in 2016
Why Tony and Dzung Kenny chose Preston
I have been living here since 1982. I originally lived on the property next door before building this house in 2016. I grew up in the country and always wanted to live in the country and this is pretty close. My wife Dzung was taken aback by the seclusion when she first came here 20 years ago but has grown to love it.
What makes this Apartment unique
Seclusion, quietness and excellent views, plus close proximity to Preston Peak Winery and Preston Manor for those attending weddings or other functions.

Breathtaking Views in well equipped rural Preston Property
This self contained flat was very well equipped . Had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful peaceful location with a brilliant view off the range near Toowoomba. Tony the manager was very helpful but not intrusive. Small dog friendly.
Nice home with super view
Tony's Premises was very very good, and all of our guests & visitors enjoyed very much especially the 180-degree view ...
the place was very quiet. Tony has provided all the necessary stuff, the fridge and cupboard were filled with heaps of complementary foods and drinks, which I have never seen anywhere before. He kept the whole premises warm during the whole night, which very comfortable for our guests. I would highly recommend this place for the guest who likes to stay in Toowomba. A few of my friends suggested if the guest could stay on the 1st floor then, it would have been awesome, as the view is fantastic, but I think Tony lives there.
Thanks for the kind words Gladston. You and your friends are welcome back any time. Yes, I do live on the top floor but anyone is welcome to come up to to the deck to check it out.
All the best. Tony
What a wonderful air bnb experience! Excellent hosts, went above and beyond, keeping us cosy with the fireplace! This property had everything we could need and is positioned a short driving distance to any shopping etc. The views were glorious! We will definitely be back
Thank you for the kind words. We enjoyed having you and were just disappointed the weather didn't cooperate. PS and thanks for vacuuming out. Not many people do that!
Best regards - Tony and Dzun g
Home away from home
Tony was fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing . Tony even included some snacks and a wine for us the perfect way to end our day. The place was clean, warm and inviting our dogs were more then welcome as well! I can't recommend this place enough - I can't wait to come back and stay next time I'm in Toowoomba.
Thank you Laura, I'm glad you enjoyed it. And I'm pretty sure Archie and Boots had a good time also. I'll make sure there's some more upmarket wine there if you should ever come back.
what a place!
it was even better than in the photos!
everything you need and more is there!! huge breakfast selection!
the serenity is absolutely magnificent!
and the views from sunrise to sunset are out iof this world! we spent a whole day just sitting in front of it!
and we saw a wombat!
and it is pet friendly!
do yourself a favour and book this place! stop looking!
Thank you Manon, glad you liked it. Needless to say, you are welcome back any time.
The property is less than 3 km from the Preston Peak Winery - not actually an operating winery but rather a function centre - and the Preston Manor function centre.
