This beautifully presented home is newly decorated with all new furniture and all new bedding with exceptional views across beautiful Lake Macquarie.

This two storey home offers four bedrooms. With three bedrooms situated upstairs and one downstairs.The master bedroom incudes a king size bed , ensuite , water views and a balcony.The second bedroom includes a queen bed with lake views and balcony. Third bedroom is upstairs and has two single beds. The fourth bedroom offers a king sized bed and is on the lower level. With two more bathrooms ,one on the lower level and one upstairs. Please inform us via email if you need a portacot for children under 12 months.

This property offers a large open plan living area with two dining areas and lounge room overlooking the Lake. Also includes a theatre room.With a large modern kitchen , perfect for those family gatherings.Great for entertaining , with large glass doors that open up to a impressive outdoor deck with BBQ with breath taking views of the water .We do share a jetty with our neighbor ,which is always a fun time for a quick fish, permitting you have a fishing licence.

Minutes away from The Sporties Club and Gwandalan Bowling Club. Two minutes away from the local shops including Foodworks , Thai and Chinese resturants ,bakery ,bottle shop and fish and chip takeaway.

Proctected boat ramp just two minutes away.Beautiful Frazer, Lakes,Birdie,and Catherine Hill beaches close by,which are perfect for surfing ,swimming and relaxing.

Close to the Entrance which as a wonderful carnival atmosphere and regular pelican feedings.( approx 35 minutes ).Farmers markets are on the first and last Saturday of the month. A visit to Norah Head lighthouse is a must just 20 minutes away.The Beachcomer, Toukley Rsl and Golf Club are 20 Minutes away.

To maintain a high standard to our guests we request that you be considerate treat our home with respect as we do .We also have a low noise policy and we ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm , as our neighbours don't appreciate noise after this time.

You are responsible for the conduct of every guest at this property .This is a NON SMOKING residence and we do require a bond. Qualitly linen is supplied which includes fitted sheets ,pillows ,cases ,bath and beach towels ,blankets ,quilts and covers .So come and relax and enjoy your stay with us .We are looking forward to hearing from you as our first booking are now open.

: Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should NOT exceed the number stated. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

PARTIES and FUNCTIONS are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a SIMILAR state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (10am) by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of BOND.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared

Linen is supplied.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.



Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Great house to accommodate 2 families....perfect location with everything everyone needed to make it a fun and relaxing break. Very well fit out and cinema room was a big hit.
