Enjoy a memorable West Australian experience in this luxurious family retreat located close to panoramic riverside walks, cafes, shops, and just a short drive to Cottesloe Beach and the port City of Fremantle.
Enjoy breakfast in the garden, you might even hear Kookaburras laughing or see Willy Wag tails catching insects on the wing! The whole estate exudes quality, with everything you need to accommodate an extended family in comfort and style. French doors open to tranquil outdoor living spaces with a a glorious salt water pool to enjoy anytime of the day and gas BBQ ready for that special cooking experience.
Guests have full access to plenty of wardrobe space in all bedrooms. There is fully ducted airconditioning throughout plus overhead ceiling fans in bedrooms. Beds are all top quality with cotton linen and towels along with complimentary shampoo and body wash.
All bathrooms are a generous size and there are a total of 4 toilets, ideal for large family gatherings!
The main living area has 3 large sofas each seating 3-4 people and there is free WiFi, Foxtel cable TV, DVD and sound system with ipod dock. The separate sitting room includes 2 x 2 seater sofas and a 2 seat settle bench.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with large family fridge, a bar fridge, wide ILVE oven, 4 burner gas stove, Miele dishwasher, double sink, microwave and a range of appliances toaster, blender etc
There are plenty of pots, pans, bowls and utensils for cooking, plus a full compliment of cutlery, crockery and glass ware for 10 people, complimentary tea, coffee and long life milk are provided. The laundry has a top load washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes lines inside and outside.
On arrival I will explain how everything works, then you can freely enjoy this wonderful place, I am just minutes away should you require any assistance during your stay.
Other Things to Note
The pool area has a child safety fence with self closing gates that must stay closed at all times. There are a couple of steps down to the open plan living area that may not suit wheelchair access.
This is a peaceful residential neighbourhood in one of Perth's premier locations, surrounded by shady trees, abundant wildlife and the natural beauty of river and ocean vistas nearby. There is a handy local shopping centre with mini supermarket, liquor store, post office, great coffee, fish and chips and pharmacy. Down by the river you can enjoy cosy picnic spots with free BBQs or go further afield to experience a whole range of top notch restaurants on river and ocean front, quirky bars and endless great cafes.
Having a car is pretty much essential for the convenience of getting around the many places to visit. The local train line is a short drive, then park and transit to Perth City within 20 minutes or go the other direction to Fremantle in 10 minutes. Uber or Taxis are readily available if you plan a night out, drink driving rules are strict in Perth limit .05
You may also consider a day trip to Rottnest Island, a wonderful place with no cars just bikes, great swimming and eating spots, you can park at the ferry and be there in less than an hour.
