Samsara House is a rustic tropical retreat nestled on the top of the hill amongst the rainforest overlooking the ocean and Barnard Islands. It can be seen from the road when driving into Bingil Bay. It sits proud on the hillside, facing North so the space is bright, sunny and breezy. Drive up slowly to enjoy the view, with no neighbors in close sight.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs with queen 4 poster bed, ensuite and built in wardrobe, is perched looking out towards the sea. The expansive timber deck with large dining table and sitting area are on the top level along with open kitchen and living area. Laundry and utility bathroom is also on the top floor. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and built in wardrobes and the second with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. Both of these rooms look out onto the pool and out door tiled patio with daybed and casual seating. There is a third bathroom with shower sink and toilet to service the downstairs area. The house is simple and easy to navigate, with plenty of areas to relax without getting in eachothers way.
The house is accessible via a long winding driveway up 450 meters to the top of the hill. The gate will be left open at the bottom. Drive slowly to the top as it is steep and windy and can be slippery in the wet. There are fruit trees along the driveway, and mostly native plants.

Other things to note
Note: Although the driveway to the house is paved, it is steep and winding approximately 450 meters up to the top. It can be trickier when wet. Drive slowly and and keep your pace steady until you reach the top. There is plenty of room at the top to turn around. As the house is set in the rain forest you will see lots of wildlife and insect depending on the time of year.
