Frewville Gem is located approximately halfway between the end of the S.E. freeway (Tollgates) and Adelaide CBD.

Located within minutes of the CBD, while enjoying the space and peace of a very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse that can sleep up to 6 adults.

Ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining for 6 opening up to a private courtyard with outdoor dining table and chairs that leads to the secure double undercover carpark.

Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook for themselves after visiting the local shopping precinct within a few minutes walk.

Spacious main queen bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with 2 singles.

Quality linen and towels, shampoo and all essentials are provided to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.


Beyond the Frewville precinct, Adelaide's East End Rundle Street, National Wine Centre, Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo, Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Oval, Royal Adelaide Hospital and University are only a 5-10 minutes by car or catch the bus on Glen Osmond Road within a few minutes walk.

We cater for Adelaide's festival lovers including those attending The Fringe, The Adelaide Festival, Womad, The Tour Down Under, V8 Supercars street circuit, Adelaide Oval entertainment, The International Horse Trials and OzAsia Festival.

It is centrally situated for day trips to South Australia's famous wine regions including Barossa, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley. All the facilities you will require during your stay including major banks, post office and choice of public transport are on your doorstep.


Public transport is very easy from the property (a couple of minutes walk to Glen Osmond Road) and less then 10 minutes to the CBD.

If you have a car it is only a 20 minute drive to the Adelaide Hills area with its wineries and pretty villages such as Hahndorf, Stirling and Crafers to name a few.

The wineries of the Clare Valley and the Barossa are only an hour drive North and McLaren Vale wine growing area is just an hour to the south.

Roomy, clean and comfortable

Really nice modern, well set up house. Very clean. Plenty of room for 5 of us without being crowded. Beds were comfortable. The pantry was well stocked. Lovely outdoor area, just needs a barbecue. Secure undercover parking is great. Good location, being close to city but we found traffic noise from Glen Osmond Rd too loud..
