Hip, one bedroom apartment with all facilities needed for a great stay. Spacious, quiet and bright with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, away from traffic and noise.
Features a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa lounge in the living room that converts into a double bed. Room for a fourth guest with a single air mattress. A porta-cot for infants is available if needed.
Other conveniences include a kitchen with oven and induction cook top, reverse-cycle air conditioning in bedroom and living/dining area, large flat screen TV and a washing machine.
Unique and bohemian street surroundings including historic buildings, converted warehouses, cafes and restaurants. Trains, buses, free CAT bus to Rottnest ferry terminal and Coles are minutes away. Fremantle Markets (open Friday to Sundays) are an easy walk.
No onsite parking but free street parking is available but limited to 2 hours weekdays. Guests are give exclusive use of an off street parking bay at my other property just a 5 minute walk away.
Being an apartment building, utmost respect for other residents is requested and noise to be toned down after 9 pm.
We also request discretion during your stay and not disclose any booking information to others while in the building. Questions, if any, should be referred directly to us.
If arriving early, inquire about an earlier check in possibility. Otherwise just drop off your bags and head out for coffee and breakfast.
