Mixing old world charm with timeless, modern simplicity, this lavishly appointed architecturally designed home is located in the heart of Hobart.
A five minute stroll will get you to Constitution Dock, the MONA Ferry, Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery and Salamanca Market.
Take a peek inside and you'll see remnants of the homes original 1840's heritage, and its transformation from an abandoned derelict building.
It's located in a quiet area of the CBD, so sleep-ins are a given.
Vaulted ceilings with skylights create a space drenched in natural light that's warm and inviting.
The 1840's cottage has been transformed into a modern haven with remnants of its convict-era past…including chimneys built with convict bricks and hand chipped sandstone.
The Queen bedroom forms part of the original turn-of-century brick building, with a tasteful modern renovation.
The King bedroom features original hand-cut timber floorboards from the 1800's. The bed can sleep two singles if needed - please advise us if you would prefer this option.
This apartment is one of two dwellings on the site, and can be rented separately or with its conjoined neighbour. Please contact us for more details about this option.
