Can't imagine a better location!

After much discussion with Chris, we finally settled on this condo. We were delighted with the location and all details of the condo. Nicely appointed, good quality bed linens, fantastic layout for 2 couples. Chris' customer service really makes the difference in enjoying a stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here on any property they promote. If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be to have some basic items available in the pantry. But with the amazing location to restaurants, we didn't think about cooking!

Great condo, perfect location!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. All of the details are covered in making the stay the best! A phone app with a bunch of information is a great touch. All the amenities were as described, and the location couldnt be better! We had trouble figuring out the themostat, but Chris was quick to help out and get it set where we wanted while we were out on the slopes! I highly suggest this unit, great customer service and location!

Great location and well maintained condo

The condo is in great condition and is perfectly located, near Main Street. While it's not huge, it's perfect for two couples or a family. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo to experience Park City

We stayed here in late January during the Sundance Film Festival. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and there were Oreos and Ghirardelli chocolate awaiting us in the kitchen (nice touch!) The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and one full bathroom are upstairs; and there is another bedroom, full bath, laundry room and garage downstairs. Four us of were very comfortable here. We enjoyed the fact that you can sit in the living room and watch skiers coming down the slopes across the way.

The downstairs bedroom is a little cool, but there is an auxiliary heater that warms it up nicely. Early one morning I had that heater on and turned on my powerful hair dryer and threw a breaker. I used my phone's flashlight and looked in the garage, laundry room and closets and couldn't find the breaker box. I called Chris (it was before 6:00 am) and he was perfectly willing to drive over immediately. He had told me that he thought it was in an obvious place and fortunately I found it right outside the bedroom door and was able to save him the trip.

Chris definitely has his properties well organized. They even have a phone app which is very helpful. He is very quick to respond whether by phone or email. We had a couple of small requests and he was right on top of it.

We didn't have a car and didn't need one -- the transit center is a two minute walk; and you're on Main St. with all of the restaurants and bars in three minutes! There is a fairly steep hill when exiting the condo and heading toward the transit center. If you don't have a vehicle, I would be hesitant to stay here with anyone who has a challenge walking. My group would certainly stay here again when visiting Park City!

Nice condo in fantastic location

The condo is very nice. It is not huge, but a good size (works great for a family of four or five). It is comfortable, well-equipped, and very well-maintained. Its location is perfect. It is just a 3-minute walk from Main Street with its shops and restaurants and from the buses at the Park City Transit Center. Yet, it is quiet. We rarely used our car as we walked to restaurants at night and the bus ride to Deer Valley was just as fast as driving there. The apartment also has wonderful views of Park City and the mountains. Another review mentioned that the downstairs bedrooms gets cold. That issue has been fixed with an additional electric heater that keeps that bedroom warm. The garage is nice to have, in particular when it is snowy. The driveway becomes pretty tight when neighbors park their vehicles outside of their garages. There was enough space to maneuver our standard-size SUV into the garage, but a massive SUV (e.g., Suburban or similar) would be problematic. Chris provides great service and makes the whole rental process easy. Overall, this condo is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely rent it again.

Convenient to everthing

Our family of five rented a car, but probably didn't need it. It stayed parked in the condo's garage for most of the stay. We walked to Main Street to pick up our skis, have dinner, shop, etc. The bus system was much more convenient than looking for parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook very often given the many restaurants within an easy walk to Main Street. It snowed every day we were there, and the lift lines were short. Chris went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great experience and we will definitely book this place again.
