CASBAK ALPINE UNITS are in the Alpine Village of Harrietville located at the foot of Mt Hotham and this idyllic setting provides our guests with the ideal escape for all seasons. Our parkland gardens on 3 Acres offer tranquility and space for the family with swimming in the large 135,000 Lt pool (also a toddlers pool) and Gas BBQ's Gazebo on the Ovens river. We have a playground, trampolines, Recreation Room with a Pool Table and a Table tennis table. The Unit has 1 TV, DVD Player, Heater, Electric Blankets giving you all the comforts of an Alpine Experience. Being at the base of Mt Hotham and Mt Feathertop we are ideally situated for skiing in the winter and walking in the other seasons. There are many walks for the not so dedicated. There is also the challenge of the mountains for the cyclists of all standards. If you wish to catch a Trout then you only have to put a line in at the back of the property or if that does not suit then a short drive to the local Trout Farm can speed things up somewhat. There is a new walking cycling path from Harrietville to the Trout Farm if you wish to experiance the great outdoors on your travels.
