This immaculate modern apartment is within walking distance to Salamanca Place and the CBD. You are spoilt for choice with both cafes and restaurants and could very well not set foot in your car for your entire stay.
Battery Point is Hobart's premier suburb, characterised by a quaint historic village.
The waterfront is minutes away, as is the famous Salamanca Market which operates every Saturday from 7 am.
The property is fresh and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, two roomy queen bedrooms and a single.. The Queen rooms have electric blankets and TVs, and both upstairs bathrooms have IXLtastic heaters and heated towel rails. There is a third toilet/powder room downstairs.
We use a professional linen service to ensure luxurious bed linen and towels.
Downstairs is a living room, dining area and full kitchen, all opening onto a private leafy north facing courtyard. The TV in the main living area is equipped with Google Play. A breakfast tray containing bread, fruit, butter, eggs and milk is provided upon arrival.
The property has its own entrance and two car parks at the front door. It is accessible by key safe so you do not need to lock in an arrival time.

A Hidden Gem in Hobart!
What a perfect location! We stayed here 2 nights and it was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and located so close to Salamanca and the waterfront. It is a quick 15min walk down the hill to restaurants for dinner. There is a bottleshop across the street. Provisions were left for us including hot cross buns! We will definitely book again on our next trip to Hobart.
*one minor thing - there is some construction noise at the back of the property. Not great if you are a light sleeper or don't get up early. It didn't bother us.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect location
The apartment was in excellent condition and very well presented. Breakfast amenities were provided and Maxine even went out of her way to provide GF bread on our request. The apartment is in a perfect location. It is a 10 minute downhill stroll to Salamanca Markets past some lovely cafes and quaint Hobart charmed houses. This makes it a perfect walk uphill after all the divine food we consumed. We had a great long weekend and nothing to worry about with such a perfect spot to return to each night.

Fantastic apartment, great location
We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed, spacious and clean apartment. Within minutes walking distance from Salamanca, historic Hampden Road shops, the wharf precinct, Sandy Bay and Hobart CBD.
The apartment was as described, with nice touches such as gourmet breakfast provisions including muesli, artisan bread, fresh eggs and milk, homemade jam, tea/coffee, and a selection of fresh fruit.
The hosts made themselves available if we had any queries and quite obviously took great pride in the apartment.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
