The apartment is an ideal holiday getaway location overlooking the pristine waters of Hervey Bay. Perfect for a relaxing time and a great place to organise a Fraser Island experience either with a tour group (which can be organised as a door to door pick up) or your own adventure on the ferry. From July to November Hervey Bay is voted Australia's number one venue for whale watching.
The apartment is located within a modern boutique apartment complex with a pool and spa as well as a small gym attached. It is a short walk to the historic Urangan pier with ready access to great bar and dining experiences either in Urangan or a pleasant walk along the beachfront towards Torquay.
It is a beautiful and luxurious space that is fully self contained and includes a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining areas as well as ducted air conditioning throughout.
Wifi internet, Foxtel and Netflix available. There is also a small electric BBQ on the balcony with a bar fridge close by for the perfect entertaining experience.
There are three comfortable bedrooms with two queen beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bedroom has a generous ensuite attached including spa bath and a walk in robe. The two other bedrooms (queen and twin) have built in cupboards with plenty of storage space. There are also two foam mattress available for children. If required there is also a portacot/mattress, high chair, two children's car seats, stroller and assortment of children's toys available on request.
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment as well as designated underground parking. Entry is by security access to both the apartment and underground parking. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and requires security key to access apartment floor.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Either myself or partner Wayne are readily available if any problems and only a 10minute drive away. A key will be available on your arrival and if possible will try to be there to orientate you to the apartment.
Urangan has a quiet seaside atmosphere conducive to a quiet relaxing holiday experience.
There is limited visitor parking but plenty of street parking that isn't time limited. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of public transport options available with the closest train at Maryborough which connects to the Brisbane-Cairns lines and can catch trains from Urangan to the train station regularly.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Whilst there are plenty of fantastic places to have breakfast close by we provide you with a breakfast hamper on arrival to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We also have tea and coffee facilities as well as spices and herbs including some fresh from our own garden!!

Beautiful spacious apartment!
We just got back from our 5 day stay as a family of 5. A very spacious 3 bedroom, clean and neat property. The welcome pack was generous including wine, bread, milk cereal, chocolate and more. I love how shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided for both bathrooms as well as ample toilet paper! There's plenty of books and magazines to read through and the beds were all comfortable. This was our first Stayz experience, well priced, and I would recommend to anyone wanting to feel at home away from home!
