We came for a ski weekend at Northstar. The house was in a good location, close to the resort. It is also very close to the lake, close to Safeway, and overall convenient location. Inside of the house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan is convenient for a group. There is also one spot in the garage, which is nice because we could unload our skis there and not keep them in the car overnight. We enjoyed out stay very much.
Nice, comfortable cabin that is only 3 blocks from the lake (loved this). We were able to pretty much park our car and walk everywhere. Cabin itself was cozy, beds were great and it had pretty much everything we needed. Would suggest a better TV. I know - who goes to Tahoe to watch TV but when you have been busy all day and just want to watch a movie or watch football on the super comfy couch, having a nice TV would be appreciated.
Owner was great! Very clear with instructions and gave us great recommendations for where to eat and where to go. Would stay again.
The house was in very nice condition with a great location for our family of 5. We loved relaxed days walking to the beach ( renting SUP's and jet skis) ,neighborhood hikes and restaurants. Easy fun day trips to Truckee to bike and enjoy Truckee Thursdays. Great day trip also to DL Bliss. Teenagers were happy with Pokeyman Go activity too. Even saw a bear twice! Thanks Barbara.
Great property in wonderful location. Well appointed property was spacious and clean. We loved everything about it and look forward to returning.
We loved the amenities of the cabin. Beds and couch were very comfy. Had a nice barbecue grill which was easy to use. Great place to stay while visiting our relatives in Tahoe. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Barb was great to work with in arranging the stay!
