Built in January 2017, this granny flat has 3 bedroom, 1 toilet & 1 shower located in a quiet and peaceful residential area offering comfort & peace. Perfect for holiday makers, business travellers and families. Fully furnished with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Short walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, bus stop and leisureplex.
The internal area of the house is 70 square meters. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. The house is very private and has its own private entry.

- Conserve water and energy! Please kindly switch off electricity(especially air conditioner & heaters) and water when not in use. If the usage of the electricity is more than 10% of the rental rates, I will have to pass down the cost to the guest.
- The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Please do not touch the two white boxes located on the wall near the front entrance door as these are utility submetering systems.

Perfect house for family
The house is new and well maintained complete with all the amenities. Only 6 minutes from grocery shops. We enjoyed it and Lucille the owner was very kind and supportive. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and relative.
Great location with all the extras
Although our stay was only one night we were wonderfully surprised with a very thoughtful little gift of baby food for our daughter, lollies for our son and coffee and chocolates for ourselves with a lovely welcome note. Unlike most other places we have stayed this unit has all the extras supplied such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, soaps and hairwash. It is in a great location, very clean as its brand new. The only fault i cld say would be the beds arent the greatest. Other than that would definitely stay here again. At $100 a night it is MUCH better than a hotel.
