Your hosts John and Nelson have combined their expertise in real estate and set design and their shared love of travel, architecture and “the finer things in life,” to bring you a truly luxurious home-away-from-home. They live a few blocks away, and are always happy to help with anything during your stay. (Fully bilingual, Nelson can be of assistance en francais, too!) The couple have meticulously designed this house to be a sanctuary, and have made every effort to ensure their guests feel pampered from the moment step over the threshold.

Children under 12 travel for free, no extra charge. We love families! Our house comes equipped with stair gate, high chair, pack/play, bed side rails, booster chair. We also have games and puzzles, ping pong rackets and balls, there is a concrete table in park next to house. This park also boasts a kid play area, tennis court, and public outdoor pool in the summer.

Modern apartment in bustling neighborhood

The apartment was great! Well kept and very clean. We loved the plush robes and the gift card to a delicious bakery around the corner were bonuses. There were a few minor issues which were addressed promptly by the owners. There was also spotty internet due to problems with the carrier during our stay. The neighborhood was in a great location for walking to many delicious restaurants and boutiques and just a couple miles from downtown Toronto. Parking in a garage was also great! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, hosts, peaceful and stylish apartment

This place really stands out for its style, excellent location, and beautiful view to the backyard. It's well appointed and bright and the fireplace is a big bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and John was an excellent and helpful host.

Great property in a great location. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Queen West and Ossington. John was very accommodating and let me drop off my bags before check-in on the day of arrival. I would stay here again.

Charming neighborhood accommodation in city center

76 Crawford is just as advertised ...the photographs do it justice as the unit feels spacious and is very accommodating... very clean. But as important as the space is for any visitor, the location of this unit is excellent as well. The Queen St neighborhood is a very short walk from the house...a bustling neighborhood, close to many excellent restaurants, is also very close to center of city and many attractions that make Toronto the vibrant city it is. While the garage parking is very convenient, the visitor may not need the car as there is transportation in the form of street cars and Uber always available. Having once lived in Toronto, I found 76 Crawford to be a great find for all my needs.

The owner, John, has assembled an excellent informational guide book and I always felt that I was free to ask him any question that would make my stay a comfortable one. I have stayed in several types of accommodations in Toronto....hotels, short-term condos and without hesitation, I can attest to 76 Crawford being a rewarding experience

Total Perfection!

Of all the homes we have rented over the years, this was undoubtedly the best. Location is primary in Toronto where there are so many wonderful neighborhoods & sights to explore. The proximity to the park, blocks & blocks of exceptional restaurants & shops, easy access to public transportation made made us feel like locals in no time. We were able to walk to Graffiti Alley, Kensington Market, Little Italy, Chinatown or catch a trolley to see a movie at TIFF. When we ventured further afield in our car, we always knew we had the security of a private parking garage at home. The apartment itself is charming & comfortable & offers everything we could have asked for & beyond. (Wanted to take the shower home with us!) The furnishings and appointments & supplies gave us everything we could have needed. Having laundry facilities was a real plus as we were there for a week. The attention to detail in the design & furnishing & the thoughtfulness of the guest book with suggestions of restaurants, coffee spots, neighborhood Farmer's Market made the Crawford Apartment total perfection. Our hosts were delightful & always available to answer a question or offer a suggestion. The yard and back deck was a real bonus! Spent lots of quiet time watching the free show put on by the squirrels & enjoying the perfect spot for a quiet read. Can't wait to return!
