This immaculately presented refurbished 1 double bedroom apartment is in a great location situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club and located above the famous Paradise Centre (Centro) Shopping precinct opening onto Cavill Mall. This is the perfect location for your next holiday in Surfers Paradise.

Apartment 2103 Allunga is situated on Level 21, offering the preferred North-Easterly aspect and with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and onto the beach. The Allunga Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradise’s premier holiday destination with shops, entertainment and dining literally at your doorstep.

This apartment offers -

-Wifi is available through the Paradise Centre's WIFI system for an additional cost

-lounge which opens onto a sunny North-Easterly facing balcony with ocean, resort and city skyline views,

-separate dining with a 4 piece dining set, perfect for all meals during your stay,

-master bedroom with a queen size bed and walk in robe,

-fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs while on your Surfers Paradise holiday,

-fully equipped separate laundry and bathroom,

-air conditioning,

-Flat screen TV, DVD, & CD Player which provides entertainment for the whole family,

-under cover secure parking space which is complimentary for the duration of your stay,

-All linen and towels for the apartment are supplied, however we do not supply pool/beach towels,

- A security deposit is required on check in.

Allunga has undergone a major refurbishment of the entrance and lobby areas giving it an ultra modern look.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Amazing apartment!

My fiancé and I enjoyed staying in this one bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and we had no issue with anything. The apartment is located right above shops, which you can access from level 4 ( I think the elevator had "entertainment" written next to the button), you don't have to leave the building if you didn't want to. The outdoor pool is heated and the spa is great. I would recommend bringing beach towels to use at the pool and spa, as the room only supplied us with two towels.

The beach view is amazing from the room, and it was lovely to hear the waves crash at night.

The real estate team were lovely and easy to deal with, making the booking and answering any enquiries you may have. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely sunny apartment

This apartment is in the heart of surfers paradise with great views. The apartment is good value for money and great for a couple. It is an older apartment so do not expect 5 star. You can go directly into the mall from the lift and the location is really convenient however this does mean some noise in the weekend it did not bother us. There is wifi available via an external provider and just be careful what plan you select we chose the 7 day plan however we used the allocation in a day?? the sun in the bedroom in the afternoon was lovely. The balcony was sheltered and perfect to sit and look at the sea or street.

great apartment and very central

We normally stay in this area during our annual visit...we decided to try the alunga this time as the price looked good and pictures of the apartment nice and an excellent view what more could one want....all of the above proved to be true making for happy holidaymakers' ...the only thing negative was having to deposit the keys at raine and horne as we checked out at 5.45am and caught a shuttle outside the apartment...having to walk to the deposit box first was a little disappointing...
