I have been living in Aix-en-Provence for 30 years. I'm a music lover and I love the cultural life of my city.

I love architecture, gardens and modern art.

I love hiking along the méditerranéen's coast or at Sainte-Victoire Mountain. I am really interested in gastronomy and I can give you a lot of advices.

International lyric art festival in summer gives a lot of operas and concerts. Also, in the beginning of July, Economists Circle organises very interesting conferences.

New high quality mattress of 180 cm ( 2x90 cm) in the bedroom and 3 cupboards, modern red desk of 180 cm, Wood furnished on terrace. Large worktop in the kitchen, microwave, washing machine, fridge with a freezer. Very Secure building ( entrance with a fob). Parking in the basement with direct access to the appartment from the elevator. I can give you a lot of advices about your visits, restaurants.....

Great place to stay in Aix!

This apartment was a welcome find for our 10 days in Aix-en-Provence. Clean and light-filled, it's in a building that opens right onto a square of shops and restaurants and is steps away from all the sights but the home itself is absolutely quiet. The full kitchen is fairly well stocked. Great to have a deck and the indoor parking space is a real gift. We gladly recommend to anyone visiting Aix!

Comfortable, attractive, superb location and exceptionally helpful owner, Corinne.

This attractive one bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor, and has a lovely patio overlooking a well cared for and peaceful garden. In the two weeks we spent here we ate several meals on the patio untroubled by any city noises. The furnishings were simple, in good taste, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, while small, was adequate with a good shower and storage cabinets. The kitchen appliances all were relatively new and functioned well. The kitchen was adequate for preparation of simple meals, but with not enough counter space for preparing anything elaborate. However, the location could not have been more perfect! We were in the center of the town close to most of the major sights. I want to give special thanks to Corinne Pascale our host...shortly after arrival I found myself unable to walk for more than about 5 minutes because of an old injury that gets stirred up from time to time. When she learned of this she suggested and offered to arrange for the rental of a wheel chair. The shop that could do this for us required a 500 euro security check, but insisted on its being on a French bank. Corinne graciously volunteered to give them such a check, to be refunded of course when the wheel chair was returned. We could not have continued on this long anticipated holiday without the chair and we are extremely grateful to her. We called on her several times during our stay for assistance and she was always available and willing to help. We have rented apartments in France in the past, but have never been hosted by such a generous, available person before. We enthusiastically recommend this apartment!

This property was the best! The location in Aix en Provence was perfect! Lots of restaurants nearby, a block from old town.

The property was lovely. It was very clean, and quiet. Would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Great central appartment with secure parking

We had a fantastic week in this clean and well equipped appartment. The air conditioning was an unexpected bonus as the temperatures were high at night. Corine was a helpful and friendly host.We would recommend this rental.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful city.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern and quiet. The terrace was a bonus and we ate all our meals there. The situation was perfect, in a very modern pedestrian area yet only 5 minutes from the Cours Mirabeau and the old part of town. Old Aix is gorgeous, narrow streets, quiet squares and fountains, lots of places to eat and people-watch.

While we were there it was the Feu de St Jean and the Fete de la Musique, so lots going on in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Corrine met us when we arrived and was very helpful, with suggestions of where to eat and what was going on.

Location, Location, Location

Just steps from the "La Rotonde" fountain, the bronze sculpture of Paul Cezanne, and the tourism office, this apartment is in the heart of Aix. We enjoyed many walks in the neighborhood, finding a boulangerie and patisserie (Paul) where we shopped like the locals for provisions. Markets supplied other treats (including blooming artichokes- large purple flowers), while Mono Prix supplied more prosaic necessities. The Cours Mirabeau is a treasure of sidewalk cafes. The Granet and Caumont museums are within easy walking distance. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful and fun to discover.

Corinne was prompt and informative, the property was safe, clean and well-maintained (a leaky shower door was soon-to-be addressed). The furnishings are IKEA- type in appearance and comfort.

The apartment faces a large courtyard. There is an electric metal shutter for each courtyard window to shut out both light and sound - great for those who wish to sleep in. Heads-up- the garage is nice and clean, but tight; a compact car works. We had a rather pathetic Fiat- bad turning radius and little power- I can still hear the tires squealing as if we were in a movie chase scene.

I cannot imagine a better location, nor such a quiet one, in the heart of Aix.
