About the property

Built c.1910, this house in its park like gardens, offers accommodation for up to 6 guests.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Camellia has a king bed, sitting area, ensuite lovely bathroom. Tulip Tree is in the midst of the house with a queen bed & bathroom (claw foot bath) is nearby off the sun room. Waratah is a separate building with a queen bed & ensuite bathroom. Very beautifully decorated throughout with Vintage and antique furniture, artwork, well equipped kitchen with a 'real' pantry, full fridge & dishwasher. Outside a Webber BBQ. Lounge room has a wood fire to snuggle up by, big tv, CD/Radio with Bose speakers. A favourite place is the 'sun room' with 8 place table.

There are peacful and private gardens to roam. Walking through the gardens you will find pieces of interesting art work and the Studio/Garden Room is the owners space for her flower business and creative work. You will enjoy looking at this.

•George Tindale Memorial Gardens: Sherbrooke Rd (about halfway between Kallista and Sherbrooke). Covering a range of exotic flowering plants and shrubs under a canopy of mountain ash.
