There are four bedrooms, one of which has queen sized bed and en suite. There are two bedrooms each having queen sized beds and one bedroom with two king singles.
There is a family bathroom and separate toilet as well as a fully equipped laundry.
Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer, range, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dish washer. The kitchen is full equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The gas BBQ is on the covered back verandah and BBQ equipment is supplied. Supplies can readily be obtained from the extensive shopping centre in Cessnock just 6km away.
The Villa is fully air conditioned with three separate zones across the living and bedroom areas.
At Tabitha Hill Villa we want the entire family to enjoy a getaway, so we welcome your dogs with open arms. And we even have some recommendations for locl cellar doors and cafes that are equally as happy to share their space with you and your dog.
Relax on the wide verandahs and take in the peace of the gardens which attract a diversity of bird life and the occasional kangaroo.

To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required by way of electronic funds transfer. This is our ONLY method of payment. The remaining 50% is due in cash, with a $300.00 bond a minimum of 10 days prior to your arrival date.
