The Hudson Condominium (420 15th Street, South Beach, 33139) is one of the best Hotel Alternatives in South Beach and is located on 15th Street, just off Washington Avenue.
A short walk out the front door will bring you to the many restaurants, bars, shops, clubs and people watching that makes South Beach one of the most desirable places to visit in the World.
A short walk two streets away is Ocean Drive and the Beach; just around the corner is one of South Beach's nicest streets, Espanola Way, lined with Sidewalk Cafes and Restaurants. And in the other direction another two streets away, is Lincoln Road, a Restaurant and Shop lined Pedestrian Street and the best place in South Beach to wander around when not spending time at the Beach.
The Building itself is very well maintained and secure. There is a private Pool, Elevator and Coin operated Washer and Dryer available on each floor.The Apartment itself is a large Corner Unit with Living Room Windows facing the North and East-A nice view, very bright with blue skies and no neighbors looking int your windows from neighboring buildings.
Features and amenities include free WiFi, Cable TV in the Living Room and Bedroom, Cd/iPod.Radio, and all the small things that make a trip away from home more comfortable-Iron/Ironing Board.

Great location! Space works perfectly ... has everything you need for a couple days in miami. Excellent in communication Also. Easy access to come in and out of building. Near main streets. Definitely will consider again.
Perfect Location for a Foodie
I loved the condo. it was very clean and nicely decorated. It is located about 5 blocks form Ocean Dr. The neighborhood was my favorite part. Right across the street you will find great authentic restaurants and markets. The restaurants are cheap and the food amazing. I found myself in Foodie heaven. We had a few friends who stayed in the building. One who is a Chef stayed in a larger unit and made breakfast for us each morning. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Although we ended up not booking the apartment as one of our friends decided not to join us and we didn't need one-bedroom apartment anymore, communication with Lee was a pleasant experience. He was very prompt and thoroughly answered all my questions. Would work with him again!
Spacious apartment in a great location
My wife and I stayed here for 6 days in February and it was delightful, comfortable furniture and lots of room. The Hudson is very close, within walking distance, to most things of interest in South Beach. Good restaurants are plentiful just around the corner, as well as bakeries and coffee shops and clubs. We would certainly stay here again if visiting Miami, it was easy to make arrangements for keys, parking and departure.It is as it's advertised.
The Hudson is a great property! Clean and modern
My experience with the Hudson and it's management group was nothing short of stellar. The apartment was all you could ask for and more. Management was very accommodating, happy to help with any questions. Very nice pool! Cool A/C! Full kitchen, and in the heart of South Beach no less, just around the corner from Espanola Way. Snatch this place up if you can!
Cozy and cute in terrific location
This is a terrific little apartment that is really close to the convention center, lots of restaurant options, and the beach. The management company provided good communication with us, and they accommodated one minor need of ours that presented upon arrival.
The living room is open and modern, but the galley kitchen is a little tight. This four-person flat probably works better for two couples than four individuals. Everything we needed worked well, including the A/C, which is important in Miami Beach. I would recommend the management provide additional keys in the future, as having only two sets required a good deal of coordination among us.
There is a little noise from the all-night restaurants in the street behind the apartment (Española Way), but it didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep.
Overall, it was a good stay in a great location.
Thanks for the kind words...though I was a little surprised by the comment regarding the noise from Espanola Way. The apartment is on the opposite side of the building from Espanola, so I think the guest is referring to general city noise for the Washington Street area.
South Beach is not a quiet beach town and I think that relatively speaking, this is a quiet apartment for South Beach. To completely avoid the noise from the nightlife and busy streets close to the beach, someone would most likely need to stay in one of the Oceanfront hotels facing directly to the Ocean because anything close to Ocean Drive, Collins or Washington is going to have some background noise.
