We are a small northwestern Lake Michigan port town. Our property is located approximately eight (8) blocks south of the downtown business district. The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Our town is steeped in history from the lumbering era and many of the Victorian homes have been restored to perfection. Our home has been completely remodeled and work was finished early August 2011. We feel this is a perfect place for family vacations and weekend getaways for anyone who enjoys being 'up north' -- near the lake and the great outdoors. We welcome fishermen, golfers, snowmobilers, skiers, hunters, and people who just plain like to relax!

Our every need was met no matter how great or small. We were treated well above all expectations.
Very homey cottage!
Colleen's little house had everything you'd need for a vacation stay while making you feel right at home. Couldn't have found a better place to stay while in Manistee!
Very well appointed. Had everything you would need. Clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the area.
Colleen's Little House
My father and I needed a two week stay in Manistee to lay my mother to rest at Manistee's beautiful Mount Carmel Cemetary. We could not have asked for a better place. Absolutely adorable, clean, with plenty of room. Colleen and Jon are the best! We visited lots of family during our stay who sometimes came over and also commetted how nice the place was. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbors, and for us, centrally located ! Downtown River Street was within walking distance! Both my father and I highly recommend this beautiful cottage for business and pleasure!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Colleen's Little House in Manistee. The house is very well maintained, updated, and comfortable. The location is a quiet neighborhood in Manistee which is very nice for walking. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when visiting Manistee.
Thank you for being our 1st guests of the 2017 season. Please come again.
