Great Easter in Jindy
Thanks for having us!
Good to hear you had a fabulous trip - you're welcome anytime!
It’s a great house, and not too far from the centre of town.
We really loved staying here!
We are glad we were able to host you and that you enjoyed your stay. Please visit again soon!
Lovely little place for a quick weekend getaway
We arrived on Friday and found the keys and entry simple. The house was well furnished with all mod cons. Our only criticism would be the kitchen draws and cupboards should be fitted with handles, as opening them was very tedious and hurt a bit when your fingers got caught. Overall a lovely stay, clean and tidy and close to the town's amenities.
So glad you had a lovely time in Jindy and enjoyed the home.
The kitchen draws and cupboards are fitted with magnetic latches - all you need to do is push them and they open. I hope this helps and we welcome you back to stay again. Thanks!
A neat and tidy home for a comfortable stay in Jindabyne.
Thank you for letting us stay at Penders Court. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning in the lounge a ceiling fans in the bedroom were a bonus as the weather became quite warm!
The house was very well laid out and neatly presented. We were very impressed with how spacious it seemed inside! The house is located a pleasant walk away from the shops and restaurants, or a short drive away so it was easy to quickly duck down to the shops to get what we needed. The kitchen was so well equipped we were quite happy to cook our own meals! It was nice being able to watch TV at the same time!
We were also able to walk across the road and enjoy a cold beer at Jindabyne Brewery whilst taking in the mountain and lake views. The lake was a was a short walk down the hill so we took our dog for a swim in the cool water on those hot afternoons. She was also quite happy to stay at the property in the enclosed yard whilst we were away exploring the mountains during the day. We certainly made good use of both the kitchen and laundry facilities. It made cleaning up and winding down after a long day of hiking so easy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jindabyne and hope to return again. Thank you Marilyn for accommodating us and our dog Ingrid.
It was a pleasure to have you stay at Penders! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and that the house provided you with everything that you needed - a good location, well equipped and pet friendly.
We would love to have you return - you were lovely to communicate with and took care of the property.
Please feel free to stay again and make the most of a returning guest discount!

Great house for our dog!
Marilyn's property in Jindabyne is exceptionally well presented. Well laid out and with plenty of space. The fully enclosed back yard is secure with dog-proof fencing. The yard is small but a great space for our young Kelpie to hang out. The location is very good being close to the lake, the Jindabyne Brewery!!! and shops. We hope to stay there again.
It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay at Penders. Thank you your feedback - we welcome you and your pooch back anytime!

A dog's life!
I just had the best holiday with my Humans, at Pembers villa in Jindabyne! Usually when they go away I get left at home with a dog minder dropping in to feed, walk and cuddle me, or worse – sent to the Boarding Kennels, which I really hate. This time, I got to go too! I heard Mum telling Dad how excited she was that she found somewhere to go where they could take me. Apparently it’s not all that common that dogs, especially big dogs like me, can stay in holiday rentals.
It was so exciting, that five hour trip from Sydney to Jindy in the back seat of the car slobbering all over the kids because I just knew we were doing something really special (I just didn’t know what!).
Then, when we arrived, I found I had my own outdoor room at Penders, which meant I could be outside sniffing the Snowy Mountains air, chasing my tail, doing my business, etc, but not being able to take myself walking up the road like I try to do in Sydney. To be honest, I didn’t want to escape, as I was perfectly happy and felt safe there, with nice high fences and a secure gate.
My family seemed happy, too. Mum and Dad had one bedroom and even though it had four beds in it, they said they wanted their privacy for a change and my two human sisters slept in the other bedroom, which also had four beds. I wasn’t supposed to, but I snuck in and tried out one of the quilts on the beds and it was so soft and comfy! They were all raving on about the massive television and Bluray player and all the games and toys they found in the lounge room. Dad was so happy he could connect his AppleTV and watch the movies he had on his ipad. Even I could sit in the loungeroom and watch with them.
Mum was so happy with the big kitchen and all the bits and pieces she found in there that she decided she would cook instead of going out to dinner like she was planning. She even took me when she walked to the shops to buy some stuff to cook on the big stove. It didn’t take us long.
We all had brekkie on the balcony and we could see the mountains and a bit of the lake from there.
My favourite thing was when we all went walking the two blocks down to the lake and everyone (including me) had a swim as it was pretty hot. Dad and my big sister were pretty dirty and hot after they went mountain biking at Thredbo and loved jumping in the lake too. It only took them half an hour to drive up there and they were happy Penders was so close to the action. When we got home they locked their bikes in the backyard and hose
I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at Penders. We do our best to look after our furry friends and make you feel welcome. I'm glad that our house had everything that you and your human family needed. We know how hard it can be to find somewhere to stay with fur babies, that is also good quality for the humans, and so we try to make the house somewhere that every member of the family can enjoy. We hope you stay again soon.
