Welcome to Inn-Cline. You will love staying at this original, sun drenched 1950s timber 3 bedroom house in southern Hobart, designed to take full advantage of magnificent views of the Derwent River and the Tasman Bridge. We have made some minor improvements to improve your comfort levels but have left the house largely as is, out of respect for the original fine design. You won't find state of the art shiny appliances, or modern en-suites, but you will find a spotless, well equipped home with everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including unlimited NBN WiFi. You'll love the newly polished Tasmanian Oak floors, and the house is newly painted throughout. Reverse cycle air conditioning provides heating and cooling, but on a sunny day the sun just streams in. Each bed (one queen and four singles) has a quality doona, two vintage woollen blankets and an electric blanket. The regular Hobart bus stops right outside, with Sandy Bay five minutes away by car/bus and Hobart Central just five minutes more. Plenty of off-street parking (sorry no undercover). You'll want to get up early so you don't miss the magnificent sunrise, and there can be few better places in the evening than out on the patio, for a relaxing BBQ. Whether you're a family with kids, a business traveller, or a group of friends looking for a few days away from mainland madness, you won't be disappointed by Inn-Cline.

Value for money home
A great home from home. Nothing flashy but great value for money for longer stays (ww stated 10 days). We had four boys staying with us and the two single rooms and beds were great and the kitchen and laundry very functional. We got used to staging showers so that everyone got hot water. As the boys were all playing tennis tournaments it was great having the full kitchen and laundry facilities available. the bus stop is in front of the house so ok without a car if destination is central Hobart, but better if you have a car.
