Great location for that perfect vacation on the French and Italian Riviera!

We just came back from a two-week stay at this condo. The location is perfect! It made for a great home base for day trips to Cannes, Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Eze, Monaco, Gourdon, Tourettes-sur-Loup, and Sanremo. The condo has a wonderful private garden which had lots of white cyclamen flowers in bloom along with palm trees and potted plants. And the view of the Mediterranean Sea just beyond the hedge was spectacular! The condo itself was well stocked with every kitchen appliance imaginable, from a gas-fired wok to a built-in espresso machine. The Carrefours Grocery is just around the corner, and there is a great boulangerie/patisserie within a block and a half which is open 7 days a week. The condo is on the bus line and it has great security! The tram is also being extended from the Nice Airport to Old Town and will be open in 2017. That tram line will run one block behind the condo. You can't find a better place!

Modern apartment near all the action

This apartment was even better than the pictures and description. We arrived in the evening and were cheerfully met by the owner, Richard, who explained everything in great detail. When we had questions, he was readily available to help us.

The apartment was clean, bright and modern with a very functional kitchen-we cooked some of our dinners at home after shopping in the outdoor markets and had everything we needed to produce and serve full meals. The flower filled patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

The location is near everything and right across from the lively promenade along the Mediterranean. The street in front of the apartment is busy well into the night so leaving doors open for fresh air is not an option but the air conditioning keeps you cool on warm nights. Day trips to Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul and others are a short drive away.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and would return to it if we travel to the south of France again!

A Wonderful Stay

My wife and I spent 8 days at this wonderful condo. It is one of the best laid out apartments you will find. The convertible bed is a little bit of a challenge, but the kitchen, outside area, and proximity to the beach can not be beat. My wife loves to cook and the kitchen has a lot of "cool" parts, especially the built in gas wok and coffee maker. You will not find a better manger than RICHARD who did a great job explaining everything in the apartment. Let him drink some coffee and he will help you with anything you need.

One tip, use Uber while in Nice, it will save you a lot of money everywhere you go. If your going to Nice don't miss this place!

Stunning condo

I would highly recommend this condo. It is modern,stylish and very well equipped. The location is also great. You are in the middle of Promenade des Anglais. Plesant walk away from the old town. There is a buss stop at front of the block and for €1.50 each way,the buss will take you to Cannes,Monaco or straight to the airport.

The garden is a little paradise where you can relax and enjoy diner after a long day out.

Richard and Samantha were a dream to deal with. They made as feel like home.

We had a wonderful time and we are already dreaming to go back.

End of Season disappointment

Maybe it was because we arrived in mid October but this flat was in need of repairs. It took nearly an hour to go through all the bells and whistles and remotes for turning on the lights, unrolling the bed and situating the awnings. And learning all the things that did not work. The espresso maker was awesome and the kitchen well appointed. There were nice and ample towels in the shower room. The flat is on a very busy and noisy street so if you are looking for a little quiet solice, this is not your place. The yard needed attention, the weeds were high making the hot tub and patio not very inviting so we didn't even venture out except to use the dryer. There is way too much furniture which is in sharp contrast making it hard to move around. The location was not bad but we would have preferred to be away from the traffic. The host was very nice as was his rental assistance, this was just not what we were looking for.

Shagadelic flat by the sea

This unique apartment is perfectly located on the Promenade just a ten minute walk from the historic district and with a full-service grocer around the corner. While on the ground floor and so missing the water-views of flats on upper floors, the owner has created a unique and very private garden complete with blooming gardenias, roses and a hot tub that got used every night. The apartment has top of the line accouterments, notably in the kitchen and bath, and everything is controllable by remote, including the bed, which rolls out of a big hutch at the touch of a button. The combination of the remote-controlled bed, the shag rug and zebra-striped couch, the wall-sized mirror and the hot tub brought to mind Austin Powers and so we dubbed it our shagadelic palace. It's a great apartment.
