It is only 3 minutes’ walk to the local rail station, and the local shopping Centre,
5 minutes’ drive to Botany Bay, and the famous “Brighton-Beach cafe-strip”, 10 minutes to Sydney’s International & Domestic Airport terminals, and 20 minutes by train to Sydney CBD and Sydney Harbour.
There is an array of hotels nearby-some with bistro open for lunch and dinner, multi-cultural food outlets and take-away food bars, and some nice bars and clubs to chill out if you desire.
All other service-outlets (Banks, post office, chemists etc.) are in the Princes Highway strip which is 3 minutes walking distance.

Best hostess of the trip.
Clean and comfortable flat in the suburb of Rockdale. Walking distance to shops and train station. The hostess was help personified and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend this place without hesitation.
Nice and clean apartement with most great host
Location of this apartmenet is very good, you have many stores near the apartement and it only takes few minutes to walk to the train station. House is quiet and neighbors friendly. Apartmenet is very clean and has everything you need to have a nice stay. Very comfortable beds and big wardrobes in bedrooms. Very large balcony was extra bonus. It is very nice to have a garage for your car, it's safe and your car remains cool on hot days. It was very nice to find so much information about Sydney and the surrounding places from the apartement.
Special thanks go to the owner who is very friendly and helpful and most great host we have ever had. Most certainly would recommend this property. Greetings from Estonia!

we have just left after staying in this apartment for 6 weeks, i could not recomend it high enough, so central to everything, extreamly clean , plenty of everything needed to cook your own meals, very comfortable beds, great shower, and having the huge balcony was fantastic, with sun there all day, i will definately be staying there again when i come back to Sydney for my next visit.
and off street secure parking was great as well.
