This is a brand new Townhouse and big. 1 living/dining/kitchen (gourmet) areas and fully equipped; just bring your suitcases. There are five big bedrooms. Four upstairs and one for children. All beds (except children) have orthopedic mattresses and very comfortable. Upstairs is a toilet, bathroom with bath and kitchenette. Downstairs is the living area, fully equipped kitchen with state of the art gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and double sink. A large fridge accommodates all your food and drinks. Toilet downstairs off living area. There is an outdoor patio. Quiet and in an exclusive block which is a first class property. Very well maintained. There is a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer and clothes hoist inside and outside. The Master Bedroom with Ensuite and Walk in Robe is downstairs. Simply stunning. The house is fully air-conditioned and refrigerated air conditioning not evaporative. There is a large storage area under the staircase. There is two linen storage cupboards upstairs and downstairs equipped with linen, towels, etc. Parking is off street in the visitors area or street parking. 5 minutes walk to the Beach, Shops, Pub (Hotel) and Restaurants. 10 minutes to the City, Crown Casino or Swan River Foreshore. Public Transport is a 2 minute walk to Canning Highway. This is a beautiful house and your host is a wonderful person who cares about her customers. It will be a terrific visit for you and fun.
Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the fully secured double remote control garage or 3 visitors bays. Roadside parking is also available complimentary.
Special Notes - The house is fully equipped. All beds are made with fresh linen for each new visitor. There are flannels (face washers) in each of the bathrooms. There is coffee and tea and fresh milk and chocolates and biscuits for your arrival. I will greet you upon your arrival and walk you through this beautiful property and show you where the rubbish goes, how the TV works and the air-conditioning system. You will be well looked after and have a great time.

Great accomodation in great location
First time using this sort of accommodation arrangement, and everything was excellent. All aspects from the booking process through to taking possession through to the last farewell were efficient and well managed. The house is spacious and well set up for all that overseas visitors would need, and a nice touch with some welcome goodies in the kitchen when we arrived. Close to river, shops, cafes, and short drive to CBD and Freo. Strongly recommend.

Perfect base for a family vacation :)
58B Preston St. Is located at a nice & quiet neighbourhood, a few blocks away from the waterfront, supermarket and restaurants. As we set out every morning to explore Perth, we found that everywhere was near from the house! The house itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was as stated if not more.
Meryl took great care of us during our 14 nights stay.
We enjoyed our stay in the house and we will be back for sure.

We had a fabulous stay for 6 nights at this beautiful property. It is a perfect location to the city the freeway & walking distance to eating places. We were extremely well catered for with nothing extra to bring as it was all there. We would go back in a heartbea to stay. Thank you so much.

We, of 8 adults and 6 children, were very comfortable at this property. The property is fully equipped and even has the kids in mind with a playpen our 3 months old infant, high baby chair and toys for the smaller kids. We are truly amazed that the property also supplies all necessary cooking untensils including a rice cooker! How awesome is that! Our kids are still talking about the property. They clearly love it and missed. We will return to the property should we decide to head to Perth again. Thank you Meryl and Lisa for your wonderful hospitality and assistance render. Well done!
