Beach equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, which you can rent. The staff is courteous and helpful
Or relax around pool with beach towels, which service person will give to you.
By pool side there are bar,which serve drinks and quick lunch and small market,
On hotel property and unit no facilities for disable guests.

We stayed for 10 days at Alex apt with my husband and baby. Everything was realy very clean and functional. you have all you need just to have a wonderfull vacation. Tks Alex for your hospitality.
The Good.....The property was clean, well maintained, and the owner was friendly. The description of the property was accurate, although it is worth noting that the 'room view" photo does not show the neighboring 20 plus story building as the main object when looking out the windows. The building is between the view of the ocean and the view of the city, and conveniently left out of the picture. Also this room is a side view and not a direct front view. The Ocean point resort photo, in the ad, does not show the other building ( photo date is 2011 and only shows 1 building next to the resort, there's one on each side. )
The bad... Another issue was the lack of no smoking enforcement. Many people were smoking in non smoking areas, as well as the beach, and staff did nothing. Also the areas where the fire and relaxing area is located, is a smoking, area which was disappointing in that we are non smokers and would have liked to enjoy these areas. Breakfast food there was terrible. Our waitress was non existent, and yet the "tip" is included in your bill. I'm a great tipper and can honestly say, this waitress would not have gotten anything from me. Thankfully there are places to eat nearby that are decent. Rental for 2 chairs and an umbrella was over $40 a day. I've been going to Florida for 25 years and without question, it was the most expensive I've ever seen. There are chairs and an umbrella in the room which can be used, but were uncomfortable and a pain dragging up and down the elevator every day. Also there are a lot of kids at this resort. Another big concern was that the owner went into the unit to put something away while we were not there, and then sent us a text reminding us to shut the tv off when not in the room? Very unprofessional. We paid for that room and the owner has no business entering without permission. Also we were told to leave the ac on 76 while not in the room ? Obviously we didn't, but that's ridiculous. Owner is a little to micro-manage happy.
All in all this did not ruin our vacation, the beach and weather was nice, the drinks were good etc. We would not stay here again and seek more adult type accommodations in the future.
Property was great; clean with friendly staff.
The gym could use some extra equipment but other than that, location is great and the owner (Alex) was there to help with any questions we had.

My husband and I and our16-month-old baby just recently stayed at Alex's condo. It was very comfortable and furnished perfectly for what we needed. Everything was in walking distance including great restaurants shopping and even a supermarket. Alex had beach chairs for us to use and a cooler. The hotels pool and to Jacuzzis were also well-maintained and great for little kids. There was a lot of construction but if you're staying on Collins Avenue in Miami you need to expect some noise.
I stayed for a week with my husband in this nice apartment. It has all we needed: comfort, full equipped, direct access to the beach, excellent ocean and town views and a lot of stores in the neighborhood. The owner was very helpful. We´ll come back!
This Unit was far above and beyond our expectations. Very nicely decorated and roomy. Alex, the owner, was very accomodating and a true pleasure to meet and do business with. We are looking forward to a return trip for sure. Don't miss out on an outstanding deal!!
