The north facing aspect provides you with fantastic light filled open plan living which merges seamlessly with the outdoor waterfront and poolside entertaining areas. There is a separate upstairs living room with large TV and Playstation while the garage has been converted to house a table tennis table for the kids – something for everyone! The large open plan kitchen is perfect for socialising with your family or guests while preparing gourmet meals. It is fully equipped with high quality appliances and has views to the multiple outdoor areas. Don’t feel like cooking? Not a problem you can get a chef in to cater for you from as little as $30 per person (and they’ll clean up the kitchen for you!)
There are two great outdoor areas for you to relax and enjoy, one being an undercover Bali Hut overlooking the waterfront, and the other has comfortable lounges for you to sit back, relax and you can watch the kids play in the pool. There is also a large balcony off the master bedroom with stunning skyline views of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.
There is a pontoon along with a sandy beach area to fish from.
