Why Mark Frasson chose Bicheno
This is a one-of-a-kind property in this area with a high-end finish and capacity to cater for larger groups who wish to travel and stay together. It is extremely private and tranquil and sits on 5 acres overlooking the ocean to the north and east with Freycinet National Park providing its western boundary.
What makes this House unique
The property is architecturally designed and provides an escape for those seeking to reinvigorate or simply enjoy the serenity of its location whilst still benefiting from the easy transit distance to local attractions.

A wow of a property
This home is a definitely the best holiday stay of our six months of travelling.
Mark is a great host .
Everywhere was spotless.
Hi tec electronics.
Excellent mattresses and bedding.
We were just a couple but this place would suit a larger group with plenty of bathrooms, play areas for kiddies,a separate cinema room too.
We saw Wallaby’s late in the evenings.
A quiet spot in bushland yet only five minutes from Bicheno.
So much to see and do in the area.
We went on The Freycinet Wineglass boat trip and a drive up the coast to the Bay of Fires is a must. Call into all the Bays as they can be so different..
Thank you Mark ,we hope to return another year.
Extremely clean & comfortable. Mark is very helpful too
Large & spacious. Immaculately clean and comfortable place to stay. Mark was very helpful showing us around the house. Instead of just providing details of fishing charter Around the area, he actually made sure they were available and arranged directly contact with the charter.
Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house.
Note, no wifi so make sure you have enough data
Big, beautiful, spacious house. Mark (owner) was so helpful and thoughtful. When Freycinet was closed for the day, he had other ideas for us to do and even provided bogey boards and sand boards and took us to sand dunes area. Croissants and bakery items were delivered each morning. Loved it!!!!!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Easter and wished we could stay longer.
The setting of Blu-Sea 365 was tranquil and very relaxing, yet it supplied excitement and joy for 2 and 6 year olds as well as slightly older family members who loved the kayaks and the beach walks.
Table tennis was a hit especially as grandpa was the Easter champion.
A lovely stay with for our family.
Thank you Jakki.
We had an amazing stay at Blue-Sea 365!
We only stayed a night but it was one of the nicest, cleanest and luxurious stay we have ever had.
Highly recommend this place!
Blu Sea 365 Your own resort
After a horrendous night elsewhere and a late night Google search I found Blu Sea 365! I sent an immediate request and kept my fingers crossed all night. Jakki not only called and messaged first thing in the morning, but allowed an early check in complete with delicious Tasmanian goodies and Champers. The house is amazing, and to have a full playground complete with fort, trampoline and pool was perfect for our children, not to mention the huge dam and kayaks we all used. So peaceful, luxurious and comfortable. Everything is there, no need to bring a thing. We loved it and cannot thank you enough Jakki. The endless table tennis rallys mean we will be buying a table now too :) Definitely coming back. Thank you!
