This beautiful duplex condominium is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend or a week in Moab. Nice furniture and luxury linens will ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and everyone can gather around the dining room table for 8 and enjoy a game in the evening or a leisurely breakfast before the day's activities begin.

Bring the whole family and enjoy the luxury of being right in town! Located just four blocks west of downtown so you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The amazing views of the Portal and red rocks all around make this a very special place to spend your vacation.

Our family loves coming to Moab to hike, bike and relax. We live in Colorado and it's just a few hours to come from the mountains into the high desert of Moab.

Why Ed Foran Owner/Manager chose Utah

We chose Moab because it is an incredibly beautiful and fun place to be. The red rock scenery, the huge Cottonwoods along the Colorado River (Moab is truly a desert oasis), the history, the quirky small town, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks...Moab is very unique and there's much to do if you enjoy the outdoors.

We snapped up this unit as it was being built because of its downtown location. Moab zoning does not allow nightly rentals in most of downtown, and most condos of this size are far out of town.

What makes this condo unique

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a completely equipped kitchen, including a gas grill and outdoor dining area and hot tub.

This condo was perfect for our group. Clean, convenient and spacious. It was more spacious than the pictures make it seem. The hot tub right out the back door and indoor pool right next door were perfect. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Moab

This is a wonderful home in a condominium project that is within walking distance to town. It was a large three bedroom that was in very nice condition. Everything worked great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
