It includes 3 High Speed Internet/WIFI connections in the building, perfect for business purposes. cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, and automatic central heating, and PLAYSTATION PS3 with games.

This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

If you have good luck you will meet our favourite previous Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.

There is central heating and fan, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The open plan living room area hosts a couch that converts into a double sofa bed for additional guess, as well as an extra guest bed. A dining table can be found in the living room for meals. The entertainment system includes a 32-inch digital TV, cable TV service, Blu-Ray & DVD player surround sound system, I-pod/I-phone speakers. There is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout (WIFI). A courtesy UK mobile phone is provided for your use during your stay. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

The bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed (Bed for 2 people) fitted with a top quality memory foam mattress and fresh linens. The apartment benefits from blackout blinds for total darkness for a comfortable nights sleep, both in the bedroom and in the living room area for those sleeping on the sofa bed.

A walk-in shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

The bedroom window opens out onto an eclectic roof terrace with seating perfect for a breathe of fresh air. The flat benefits from secure entry with intercom and buzzer, renovated entrance and stairways to building. The cosy roof terrace is only for 2 guests, and has limited access, for clarify. It’s a nice bonus for summertime sunny days.

This flat is managed by a professional support team who consistently provide outstanding customer care. The multi-lingual team speaks English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- as it’s great here. My apartments don’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Great Location

Located amongst many many restaurants and pubs. Easy access to both Angel and Islington stations. Very small bedroom and space for suitcases but I guess that's London .

Great area ,very convenient to good shopping, cafes and transport . The apartment is small but very well appointed and very clean . If we needed anything the contact person was always available to help. It's a home away from home and we will be back!

Comfortable, trendy apartment. Amazing location

I had an amazing stay at Paulo's apartment. I was met on arrival and everything went very smoothly. The apartment is really comfortable, with a brand new kitchen and furniture. The entire place is spotless from top to bottom. Paulo has provided a very detailed instructions manual for anything that I might have needed - Instructions for the appliances, contact information and directions to the nearby attractions. I had some computer work to do and the two wifi connections were very speedy.

The location is amazing - I was one step away from a bunch of great restaurants, shops, cafes and supermarkets.

Highly recommend this apartment to anybody who may be traveling through London and need a great, clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of trendy Islington.

Great Location really convenient

This apartment is in a nice neighbourhood and very convenient to get around. This apartment is suitable for people with a small amount of luggage and capable to climb stairs. You have everything you need at the apartment including a washing machine which works quite well once you know how to use it.

The photos shown here aren't exactly what the room looks like with different pieces of furniture in the apartment. For my standards in Australia this apartment was very small for 3 people with it being more like a converted studio.

When we arrived there was a staff member waiting who was friendly and welcoming.

The only other thing was the processing of our deposit took more than 1 month to be returned and I was told this is due to processing issues. This is rather odd but the owner has since returned those funds. Overall, this stay is simple and cost effective but not suitable for more than 2 people.

Owner's Response: The apartment is presented exactly as in the description and pictures, moreover it comes with a floorplan and surface area detailed for clarity.I appreciate not everyone reads the description in detail, but we only have satisfied guests to date. We do offer bigger 2 bedroom units also to choose from for bigger groups, it's up to the guests desire and budget, and in the same building too. Incidentally on this reservation and review i must clarify: - The security deposit is refunded automatically within a week - that's the new system on Homeaway. Im not aware of this one taking one month, because you only checked out 2 weeks ago from writing this review, so no way you waited 1 month, sorry this is not fair and i don't understand the reason for your frustration but wish you well, but have to clarify for our future guests; - The apartment has stairs and is presented precisely like that, on a second floor, with stairs- i don't understand the surprise with this fact which is presented clearly, as most properties in Central London have stairs; moreover we reminded several times about the stairs before arrival- precisely to avoid anyone with knee injuries overlooking- we remind this several many times; - The guest was even offered an alternative apartment in the same area, bigger and with a massive garden, and offered the chance to go view it and decide to move for a FREE UPGRADE. This effort was not mentioned in the review, but i have to say. I only want happy satisfied guests, and even when i don't have to move to bigger apartment, i offer that possibility, to please and serve; We present the units with utmost precision to avoid these situations, and recommend our guests to read and see the pictures and floorplans to best plan their holidays. I felt a bit of a constant complaining effort from the beginning and did everything i could to please as did my team. I appreciate that moving house or relocating with a lot of luggage is probably not ideal in a junior 1 bedroom apartment for longer stays and will certainly advise future guests to take bigger apartments. We seek to improve our information and service with every feedback. I wish you had accepted my offer to move for FREE to a bigger apartment, when i came forward, there was no need for this. The location here is indeed excelent as the apartment is perfectly and carefully decorated. I'm sorry its' much smaller than what big family home you might have back home but it's a fine unit.

Awesome flat in Islington near Angel

The apartment is very well localized, between two tube stations. The kitchen has all appliances you could need and everything was clean when we arrived. Paulo is always available and brought us what we needed, for example, the cellfone device was not ok, so he change it for us. We definitly recomend this apartment to whom like to cook at home. Pera restaurant just downstairs serves a very good mediterranean meal and the pizza next door is also good and fast.
