A winter or summer stay at our Vail Village condominium will create lasting memories. From the soothing sounds, view, and cool breeze provided by adjacent Gore Creek; to exploring Vail's ski terrain; to fishing a 'Gold Medal' stream in the back yard. And all of this is less than two blocks from the center of Vail Village and its world renowned shopping and restaurants.

Our home is ideally located one block from the Golden Peak (Riva Bahn) Chairlift and Children’s Center, and two blocks from the NEW Gondola #1 in Vail Village. We are also just a few minutes walk to Ford Park, and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. Our home is perfect for families or groups – you have walking access to everything you need. Different schedules are no problem because you can easily meet up on the slopes or in the village. The free shuttle is a ½ block away if you need it. We look forward to helping you make your Vail vacation the best it can be. Come join us!

Just Excellent

We really enjoyed staying at this property... the close proximity to the kids ski school and lifts at Golden Peak and to Vail Village is very hard to beat. We highly recommend this condo!

Vail is best known for its world class skiing and other nordic activities in winter. We are only a 2 minute walk to the Golden Peak ski base (now called the Riva Bahn lift). We are also only a 5 minute walk to the newly installed Gondola #1. Summer is great for sitting on the rear deck, listening to the creek, watching the hummingbirds, reading or talking. You have access to the back yard and Gore Creek. We are only two blocks to the center of Vail Village, and about the same to Ford Park, playground, the spectacular Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, and the Ford Amphitheater, and the Vail Nature Center. Municipal Pickleball courts 1/2 block away. Fall is wonderful for viewing the fall color.

Damage Insurance $59

1) DATES and TIMES – Dates of stay are included in the quote. Let owner know if you need a check-in time before 4:00 p.m. or check-out after 10:00 a.m.
2) CANCELLATION – Payments are fully refunded with 120 days notice of cancellation. Renter should consider trip cancellation insurance.
3) This is a NON SMOKING home and building. Smoking will result in a cleaning fee of $500.
4) PETS (including service animals) ARE NOT PERMITTED in condominium under any conditions. Pets will result in a charge of $50 per day and a $500 cleaning fee.
5) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for this stay is limited to the number listed on the price quote. $60.00 per person per night will be assessed for each guest exceeding this number.
6) DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit or damage protection fee is required. These fees are NOT applied toward rent; however, deposit is refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a) No damage is done to condominium or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) No charges are incurred due to pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c) Trash is placed in dumpster, and dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d) All doors and windows are closed and locked.
e) Parking passes are left on the kitchen counter.
f) All charges accrued during the stay are paid.
g) No linens are lost or damaged, and towels are hung to dry.
h) Renter complies with noise rules posted.
7) INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup at check-in. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED) - More than sufficient linens and bath towels are included in the condominium, but daily maid service is not included. Maid service can be pre-arranged for your stay at a cost of $125 minimum per one hour visit, plus $55 per hour after first hour.
8) PARKING PASSES AND VEHICLES – Parking for up to two vehicles is provided only for renters. No other visitor or day parking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
