I have lived in Phoenix for 35 years but was born and raised in Iowa. My husband is from Ohio. We love that guests come from all over the world to visit Phoenix and we enjoy being able to show our guests what Phoenix has to offer.

We loved this property the minute we saw it with the 10 ft. ceilings and new construction. It has a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain from the master bedroom.
This property is close to the airport and also the freeway system so you can get to any part of the valley in no time. That is a wonderful benefit for guests.
The Courtney Village at Papago Park townhouse was perfect for us 5 adults and two toddlers. It was spacious, clean, nicely furnished, well stocked and convenient to the airport and Arizona travel destinations. We midwesterners enjoyed the hot tub in February and the toddlers and I worked off energy running laps around the living room sofa! A highchair, booster seat and security gate for the stairs were provided. A garage protected our car. Communication with the owner was excellent.
This rental is excellent! Myself and 2 friends from college get together every year in Phoenix and visit another friend that lives there. We've been coming for many years and have tried a number of places. This one is the best we've found by far. It's very comfortable and well maintained. It's close to the airport and the central location works great. It is very secure and the price is very reasonable. I recommend it highly.
We really enjoyed our stay here ... EveryThing was as stated .. Nice quite location .. Easy to get to freeway .. Nice central location for visiting all the ballparks for spring training
We really enjoyed our stay in this modern townhouse. We loved the location, close to the main highways to get you to any area around Phoenix quickly. The airport is literally 10 minutes away. It is also very close to the Botanical Gardens. The property is gated and we felt safe during our visit and the townhome was quiet even with neighbors on each side. Marlys was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. The pool area was small, but worked out well when our grandkids visited.
We appreciated the complimentary beverages that were left in the refrigerator and all the paper products available. Many rentals only leave enough supplies for the first few days. The Seyers also left a "book" with information about the area and local restaurants... Very helpful during our first days.
My only criticism would be the melamine dishes. I understand they probably have a lot of breakage from renters, but even inexpensive dishes(from Ikea)would have worked for us.
All in all, this was a great rental experience for us and we would not hesitate to return for another stay.

- Owners had a large binder filled with places to go/see/ eat
- We will definitely try to stay there the next time we go to Phoenix.
